About the Space:
The Village at Mammoth is the most desirable location to stay in Mammoth Lakes! It's a family friendly location host to events and activities, excellent restaurants, shopping, yoga and more! The gondola offers easy access to Canyon Lodge for ski-in/ski-out and bike park experience (check Mammoth Mountain website for Canyon Lodge operation dates).

This updated, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, corner-unit condo, is a premier, west facing, location in the Village, comfortably accommodating 6 people. The open living area is bright, getting great afternoon sunshine, and has gorgeous views of the pool area and Mammoth Mountain. The living room offers a comfortable space, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch and an ambient gas fireplace. There is a nice sized dining area, and fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area is a good-sized, corner, private patio with seating area overlooking the pool, Mammoth Mountain, and Village courtyard.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. Both mattresses are new, memory foam (upgraded 2024). The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space, and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom and is shared with the common living area.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking with EV chargers. There are also bike storage and ski lockers to store equipment.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.

** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Canyon Lodge is open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).

Annual Super Bowl Trip

Had a great stay at the Village. The room was an end unit with lots of room and wi dows. The kitchen was stocked with all the items you could ever need. We will be back next year.

Beautiful Condo - Excellent Location

This condo is absolutely beautiful and has THE best location in Mammoth for skiing, dining, shopping and walking without needing your car. The furnishings are updated and comfortable, beds and linens are great quality so you will get a good sleep, and the unit is very quiet. The very large and comfortable sectional was a wonderful spot to stretch out / hang out after a day of skiing. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware and utensils needed as well as oils, spices, coffees, drip and pod coffee options, water filter, etc.. The bathrooms had plush robes, full size toiletries and everything was very, very clean. All of this plus a short walk to the gondola for ski in/ski out and all of the best restaurants and shops - we will be back!
