Other Stuff We Need to Tell You: Although your stay is in a newly modernized studio, the building itself was built in the 1970's. There is a shared hallway that all guests access the lower floor condos. Please be respectful of other guests and mindful of noise levels when entering and exiting the condo during your stay. The building also has thin walls which lends itself to being able to hear next door neighbors and/or above neighbors walking around. There are disposable earplugs provided next to the bed for your convenience. However, if you are a light sleeper, any condos located in Mountain Shadows is probably not the best option for your stay. {STRICT} condo association rules state that dogs CAN NOT be left in condo without supervision. They must accompany you on all your outings. No exceptions. If there is a noise complaint made, you will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursements made for loss of stay. Beautiful place to stay in Mammoth Lakes. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the surroundings were absolutely stunning. Everything was easy and enjoyable, and it made for a great overall experience. Very conveniently located. The condo itself is well maintained and nicely decorated. I loved the pretty tile and having a clean kitchen waiting for me. The owner was very quick to fix a small issue in the bathroom. It was perfect for my needs. CONS: just a head's up... the hallway is dark and not very clean. Walls are thin... you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The communal hot tub was not very clean either (dead floating bugs) but to be honest, I still enjoyed it all! ##### Kira V.
