1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Phase 2 that is been fully remodeled. Every detail in this unit has been executed beautifully and perfectly! Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen and dining room have heated wood floors to keep you comfortable on a cold winter day. Kick your feet up and relax in the living room that offers guests a wood burning fireplace, sofa bed and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi access. There is an alcove in the hallway with bunk beds for extra sleeping. The bedroom has a king size bed. Pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.Guests will be provided two parking passes. The location is perfect in so many ways, but we especially enjoy being able to take early morning walks down by Mammoth Creek. As previously reviewed, this condo was well-equipped with everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible – including a grill that cooked up the most delicious steaks. My husband and I have stayed at many condos around Mammoth, and this one is our favorite. We look forward to staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Clean, well-stocked, great views/location

Very clean; well stocked cabin. Location- great. Only concerns, were the bunkbeds- (safety) very high, narrow and ladder not secured. Had a near miss (son almost fell out of top bunk when he rolled over. Scarey. ) Had a difficult time figuring out the clothes dryer, and dishwasher wasn't operating (soap dispenser). Other than the few minors, we were grateful for a very clean and peaceful location!
