This is our newest condo and my husband and I have over 800 5-star reviews between our other properties (which you can see below). Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay! \*\*\*Huge 60 inch Smart HDTV with full motion mounting to watch from any angle in the kitchen or living room \*\*\*Direct TV \*\*\*Netflix \*\*\*Updated kitchen appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. \*\*\*Granite countertops \*\*\*Gas fireplace \*\*\*Private terrace \*\*\*Ski storage locker \*\*\*King size bed in master bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room AMENITIES You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and two outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). There is also another jacuzzi spa in our building, just an elevator ride away. \*\*\*Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.). \*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly." \*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth. \*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm! CONVENIENCE Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced in the bedroom. It was flat and no support. The couch was very uncomfortable as it bowed in the middle and the seat cushions are definitely worn out. The shower curtain stinks like sweat and is stained brown at the bottom. Very basic necessities and random brands of soap, shampoo, hand soap and conditioner in the shower. The bed in the master was quite comfortable and I appreciated the quality of the linens. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the pans had some residual burnt on food left behind and there were a couple hairs seen in the bathroom. Otherwise it was perfectly kept. If you are going to Mammoth you have to stay in the village, everything is just steps away. The condo was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. ##### Jon R. Snowboarded 3 days with my adult sons. Great have a kitchen and a balcony and walking distance to the Canyon express. Also the jacuzzi is an easy walk to end a snow session.
