The layout downstairs features two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and a good size storage closet.Both bedrooms have king size beds, which is comfortable for you to relax and rest! Head up to the third level for a large sunlit loft with plenty of room for additional sleeping or a kid's hangout! The loft has a twin over queen bunk bed as well as a couch with a queen - sleeper sofa pull out bed. The living room features an open floor plan for friends and family to gather, vaulted ceilings, and an additional third bathroom. in the winter months, stay warm with the recently updated pellet Stove/Fireplace. The living room space also has wall speakers and a nice subwoofer for movie nights or to play music. The main floor features a laundry closet with an in- unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything a modern cook would need to whip up some delicious snacks or hearty meals and 4 stools for dining in at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, we recommend bringing K-Cups! There is no drip-style coffee maker in this unit.For those that love to grill, a propane BBQ grill is located on the balcony. A couple windows were broken (handle to open) or hard to open. Bean bag chair was broken but a very lovely place. The layout was perfect for our occasion. I could stay here again in the future. The neighborhood was quiet. Our only issue was the parking. It would be helpful if the HOA would paint lines and number the parking spaces. There is nothing to go by.
