Recently updated to provide all the creature comforts needed for a fabulous vacation! This condo sleeps 6 comfortably and is ideal for a family. Some of our fabulous features include - vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows - letting in lots of natural light, hardwood floors, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. A Master Bedroom includes a california king bed, adjacent to a bathroom. The VERY spacious upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, as well as a bunkbed set featuring FULL beds. This room has it's own private bath and closet. Also featured is an office nook, giving all worker bees and students alike an area to stretch out and get 'STUFF' done! There is a fully equipped kitchen, oversized balcony with a brand new BBQ and outdoor seating. The unit has 3 TVs, a Blu-Ray/DVD/Netflix/Pandora system with wireless internet. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. Park your vehicle in an enclosed garage and shuttle or walk to the Village, nearby restaurants and shops. Stay on the shuttle or take the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. Shuttle service is only a block away from the front steps of our unit. It's an ideal location for the summer season as well - as you are centrally located in the city of Mammoth. For people with kids, there’s plenty of space to stretch out, a handful of games and books, ample storage for all your gear, it’s quiet, there’s a W/D inside, and this place is CLEAN. The location is great and even following the 6ft of new snow, the roads and driveway were clear when we arrived. The owner, Jessica, is really responsive and very kind. As frequent visitors to Mammoth, we’ve stayed at many properties, and this one truly stands out in quality—from the furniture and electronics to the kitchen essentials, towels, and bed sheets. To top all of that, the communication, understanding, and hospitality from the owner were exceptional. A well-deserved five stars! USCSA Nationals competition was held the week we stayed in the property. The property was awesome. Large comfortable bedroom on the kitchen-living room level and another upstairs with a double/queen and two comfortable bunk beds. Bathrooms were nice and convenient to the bedrooms. The kitchen was not huge, but it was perfect. And the garage: it was a little tight but so convenient to park inside and have our equipment there. Everything was clean and neat. I have grey hair and wish a phone # was available when questions arise. We loved the property. We loved our stay. Stayed with my husband and 2 boys. Very roomy! The condo is nicer than the photos, Jessica has it well stocked and is very responsive. It seems a rare occurrence when the actual accommodations exceed your expectations from a VRBO listing. We knew the place would be nice from the photos... but when we arrived we felt like the photos did not do it justice! This unit is EXTREMELY clean and exceptionally well laid out. For us it meant having the kids bedroom upstairs and ours downstairs. Kids had their own bathroom, we had our own bathroom.
