The location of this place is great, as it is close to everything in mammoth in terms of groceries, Eagle and the Village. With that said, this place is pretty tired and definately needs some love. While every place is unique and is not expected to be perfect, there are two things that stood out to us at this condo. First is the general cleanliness of the place. While the place was not dirty, the best way to describe is probably dingy. Very dark in the condo and it generally needs some love in the hygene department. For example, every wall is needs to be painted and there are visible dirty walls in the bathroom where it looks like moisture or rust has been dripping on the walls. Again, the place is clean but doesnt give you a feeling like you want to take your shoes off and relax. The second is the Wifi situation. The condo has 3 smart TVs and the TVs run on the a wifi cable system yet the wifi speed is not suited to actually handle the download speeds required and so the TVs or your cell phone are constantly buffering to clean up the signal. Trying to watch a movie or a football game etc is impossible. I guess you can argue that your in the mountains and so maybe you should just enjoy nature, but come on, this day in age a reliable TV and wifi system is kind of table stakes in any VRBO or hotel you are at. ##### Matt M. It had everything we could ever need & we loved the location! The furniture and such in the condo was dated, but clean & comfortable.
