Summary: This remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is spacious and a great place to say with easy access to year-round activities. The Space: The free green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course is a quick 4-minute drive away. A mudroom wall is available to the left upon entry. Hang your coats and set your winter gear down before walking into a cozy living room. There is a flat screen TV, cable, DVD/Blue Ray player and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Gather around for a night in with some hot chocolate. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Firewood is provided in the patio area. A fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for homemade meals. There is a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, wine opener and more. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out onto the slopes. The dining table has seats for 6. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed and mounted TV. An alcove near the front of the home has a built-in Twin bunk bed built into the wall, great for the kids. A full bathroom is available for guests to share. There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer. THINGS TO NOTE: \- The Horizons is not a pet friendly complex. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Next door neighbor lives there full time and will (and have) report any renters bringing pets with fines starting at $150-300 per day. Renters will be responsible for any fines incurred for violations of HOA rules. TOT-05960-0004 Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Good location. And a very responsive.However a couple of issues:The pans were scratched non stick pans which are known to be dangerous. My recommendation is to replace them with low cost stainless steel. We also did not have any spa towels and the hot tub being off limits until 3pm was not great either.
