Beautifully rustic, Summit 1 bedroom/1 bath condo plus alcove. This roomy, 925 square foot space is walking distance to Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift, Sierra Star Golf Course and right on the bus line. Pets are welcome with prior approval/security deposit.

This luxury Condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom with new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new slate & laminate flooring throughout.  
  
Sleeps 6 comfortably (4 adults max); master bedroom has King bed with king-sized pillow top mattress, cozy down comforter, wireless remote controlled ceiling fan and light combo, a 37-inch flat panel HDTV complete with HD programming/cable box. The master bedroom also contains a beautiful granite and wood vanity & sink combo to help reduce over-crowding at the main bathroom during busy times. There is also a full sized matching dresser with night-stands and a closet with full length mirrored doors.  
  
The Alcove space is perfect for two or three kids or a second couple willing to share a bathroom. There is a wonderful twin over full wooden bunk bed with a secure ladder, a matching dresser with large, deep drawers for even the thickest sweaters and a 32-inch flat panel HDTV complete with DVD player for the kids. The Alcove space has a folding accordion-style door that fully closes for privacy.  
  
The bathroom has been completely remodeled and fitted with custom travertine and slate tiled shower with a beautiful oil-rubbed bronze, full massage wand showerhead. A new vanity/sink and mirror combo, along with a new high-efficiency toilet complete the bathroom and turn it into a relaxing spa-inspired environment designed to help you relax and regenerate your soul.  
  
The Family room has a large comfy sofa-sleeper that converts into a queen sleeper complete with all linens, comfy soft blankets and extra pillows. There is a 46-inch Smart HDTV with HD programming for entertainment allowing you to stream Netflix, Hulu and other pay-accounts in full 1080HD. Complementary high-speed wireless internet access is also available and is included for the duration of your stay.  
  
Large stainless steel sink with built-in garbage disposal and pull out wand faucet, full sized electric stovetop & oven, dishwasher, full sized side-by-side refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispensers. Blender, toaster, grind & brew coffee maker, microwave, full service for 8 including bowls, plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, knife set & utensils. High end cookware and every convenience you would ever need to cook and serve full gourmet style meals.  
Extra comfy soft blankets and pillows are abundant for lounging around the condo or when needed on those extra cold Eastern Sierra nights.  
  
Wood burning fireplace with ample firewood is included in your stay.

Refunds or discounts are not given for cold weather/storms. The mountains are often cold and sometimes very cold. Our condo contains two radiant wall heaters and 1 wood burning stove, the wood burning stove is a primary source of heat and travelers should be prepared to start and maintain a fire with the fuel provided (cut & dried wood). Upon entering our condo for you stay it may be cold, please be aware that the condo can take a full 24 hours to 'heat up' to roughly 65-70 degrees. This time can be significantly shortened by keeping a good fire burning.

Cozy mountain condo. Pictures accurately show what a nice place it is. We wanted to hike and enjoy the fall season. Mission accomplished! Condo is close to everything. People were friendly. Rick and Pam were helpful and easy to work with.

We have stayed there three times,already so know what to expect and it is great. The only issue we had which is nothing they could of helped was that the electricity went off for a day in and a half. It was off at several condo buildings and due to something contractors hit working on a house on the street. The electric company was out there all night until ot was fixed!

Brought our two kids, 9/11 and our 8 month old pup for a few days. Condo was a perfect fit for our group. Would have loved having access to a fan for the living area, just got stuffy in there. Ceiling fan in bedroom was wonderful! Space was clean, roomy, beds comfy and shower was wonderful.

#### Excellent for ski weekend with friends

This condo is perfect for a ski trip with friends. It was a short walk to Eagle Lodge, but easy to do even with ski gear. The community hot tub is easily accessible from the unit. You can even see it from the window so you can tell if it's crowded or not before heading over in your swim suit. The kitchen was well appointed so making dinner and breakfast was not a problem. Rick and Pamela were very responsive to inquiries. They even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated.

#### Wonderful Condo for Skiing with kids

My family had a lovely time staying at this condo. It was very clean, cozy and in a great location. We were able to walk to ski out from Eagle lodge. We loved spending time in the jacuzzi which was very clean and we used the gym as well. My two young boys also loved playing out on the basketball court area. We would highly recommend this to other families of 4-6 people and we would rent again in the future.

#### Perfect Mammoth Getaway

This place is likely one of the nicest condos in the Summit complex. Plus it has 2 bedrooms which seems rare. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Eagle chair was only a 5 min. walk and although we didn't really need covered parking, it was still nice to have. Would definitely come back in the future.

#### Well equipped and great location

Our family of four loved staying here! Check in/out process was a breeze - we really appreciated not having to go into town to pick up or drop off keys. Kids really enjoyed the separate cozy bunk room. The location to Eagle was the biggest draw for us. We walked over to the lodge and didnt have to mess with parking. Communication with owners was wonderful. Condo was well equipped with all we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Check in and out was easy. Condo was great. Was cold when we checked in but lots of firewood provided for guests. Very well stocked. Can walk to eagle lodge (less than 10 minutes). Would love to come back!

Cute cabin in a great location right by Eagle Lodge. Perfect 4 night stay with my husband and 20 and 21 year old son and daughter. Snowboarding all day and comfy cabin to return to in the evenings located very centrally near the Village and all of the restaurants. Comfortable beds with everything you need. Very responsive property managers as well!

Outstanding communication with welcoming host. This property was great - excellent location, very comfortable home - easy process. We were too early in the season to take advantage of the walkable location to lift (only main lodge was open), but it was an easy drive and great place to return to. Can’t wait to visit again!

#### Great stay in Mammoth!

We had a wonderful time at this property this past week. The place was exactly what we needed and conveniently located in Mammoth Lakes. Pamela and Rick's condo was as described, very cute (and decorated on-theme for Mammoth!), and perfect for a week of checking out the area while also working remotely. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

#### Be weary of sound/neighbors

The stay itself was great. The hosts, Rich & Pamela were very friendly and easy to deal with. Lovely condo. The only caution I would throw is, noise definitely travels throughout the complex. We had the unfortunate event of having some louder neighbors directly above us. It makes sleeping or even just relaxing in the condo on the more difficult side. Other than that, I would recommend the condo itself for a couple or small family.
