Leather couch and flat dusty cushions completely used up and need replacement. However, if you enjoy sitting in hammock you might like the sofa. The TV cabinet is from the 80's and houses a small TV that looks 20 years old. However we didn't travel to mammoth to watch TV and didn't mind. The washer dryer and outdoor propane BBQ were in perfect working order! The brown stains in the master bedroom ceiling and dark black stains on inside bathroom doors need to be painted over. The WiFi and Cable worked great. We got in late Thursday night and the checkin was easy. Heater worked great too.
