Great location

It was just as expected. A fantastic location. Very nice condo with everything our family needed. There was some loud construction in the condo next door, but I’m assuming that will only last a short while. Overall a great place to stay.

Large condo, great location!

Our family of five stayed in the condo for four nights and it was a great experience. The floorplan is larger than most in the village. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. Easy check-in and check out process. We would stay here again. The condo is located at the end of a very long hallway but it offers great views of the village, gondola and mountains.I have a few minor recommendations that I will send to the owner directly but they weren't big concerns that impacted our experience. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful unit, nightmare stay

I will preface this review by saying the unit and location were great. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. We were kicked out due to plumbing issues after only 2 nights where we were constantly harassed by at least 4-5 staff telling us we couldn’t use the master and guest bathrooms/showers. One person knocked then walked right into our unit!! Nomadness rentals (management company via VRBO) couldn’t provide us a unit within the village area so we ended up paying out of pocket at the Westin for the remainder of our trip.They refunded the 4 nights we didn’t stay but only offered a 200 inconvenience fee For everything we went through (No master or guest bathroom use including showers, People constantly knocking on our door with one walking in, having to self move while paying last minute prices at the Westin next door,etc etc.) Then on top of that VRBO stuck us with all the fees and taxes for the entire 6 nights which that alone was over 1300. Vacation nightmare

Nice mammoth condo

Great location and unit is famiiy friendly. Would be easier if it had a pass code on the door verses having to go to the management company to pick up your keys. The place is pretty clean, but definitely need some dusting. Recommend.

Magnificent property

We have stayed at the Village previously and each place has been great. This particular place was magnificent! It is the premium location with the balcony giving you exceptional views of the concerts, movies and events held in the Village. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony to watch with a Birds Eye view the mountains and beauty of Mammoth. The rooms and bathrooms and kitchen were superb. Extra linens were stocked and kitchen supplies. We will now always try to get this unit when booking in the future. Thank you for all the detail you put in your home.

Amazing Stay

Amazing location right in the village

The condo is nicer and bigger than what you see in the pictures. When you walk in there are 2 bedrooms to the left, one is the master w its own bathroom and the other has a queen bed with a bathroom just outside the room. Down the main hall there is a half bath and then it opens up to a very large living room and kitchen area. There are 2 large couches and the pull out was very comfortable. The view is amazing from the living room area. Now, the parking situation is a hassle. This is a large 2 bedroom and most groups will have at least 2 cars. There is only 1 parking pass and parking in the underground garage was a NIGHTMARE. I waited 45 minutes to find a place to park, I circled the downstairs over and over again until someone left and I could get a spot. The other car was expected to park across the street and with terrible snow conditions and a lot of luggage it’s not what you would expect from a nice place. I had to call the Nomadness number several times and it was sometimes difficult to get a person. The check in process was also not that convenient, our friends had to make 2 trips to the office bc the key was not where it was supposed to be and then I had to stop by to pick up an extra key (so 3 stops to get keys to a location that is not where the condo is located). Overall, with the amazing location and the view and size of the condo, I would recommend it. Just know that if there are 2 cars that it will be a hassle, if you only have 1 car you are golden!

Great location with covered parking

The check-in process wasn't quite on par. We arrived to pick up the key and it wasn't there. The owner happened to be there to give us a key, so it all worked out. The condo was great, well stocked and wonderful location. We liked the parking and ease to walk everywhere. The second bedroom has a double bed, which isn't optimal. When we checked out, we did everything on the list that was asked of us including leaving the keys and parking passes. Once home we were told the keys and parking passes, weren't there. I called and told them we left them and they gave us our money back. All in all a good stay with a few miscommunications.

Nomadness Management Company Dropped the Ball

The unit is nice. Excellent location and good unit layout design. The management company that manages the unit did not perform well and made our stay less than desirable. Upon arrival the heater fireplace unit did not work. Since this is what is required for heat, we needed help. After many promises to help and fix the unit. Nothing happened. Then tried the emergency after hours number, no answer. Left messages etc. Nothing. The next day someone called back. I had given up with them by that time. I had to take the unit apart and tap it in a certain are to get it to light. This repeated for the entire stay. There were a couple of other issues we just dealt with ourselves. Did not completely ruin our stay, but if I was the owner I would be concerned with the management company.

Mammoth 2023 New Years Stay

The Village is always a great place to stay. Have stayed in the Village a few times with different management companies. All have been fine. Had a great stay, had to call to have fireplace fixed but was done right away. This location is awesome in the village. Fourth floor and huge balcony to see the main Village and Gondola!!

Review

We love Mammoth and had a great time. We would not book this particular property again. There were several issues with the property, including a non functioning shower . Nomad rentals was great and offered to fix it, but the entire handle was missing, and it was not an easy fix as the tile from the shower would need to be ripped out. We did not want maintenance people in our place for the entire time in Mammoth. The handle to the bedroom window was also missing, so we could not open the window to get fresh air. Nomad rentals were great at communicating, but overall the unit itself wasn't impressive. Mammoth is amazing though! Good luck.

Location location location

The key pick up process is pretty easy but it’s off site. We didn’t touch our car for the entire 4 night stay. Everything is walking distance, genera store, liquor store, many restaurants and the gondola. Three bathrooms is nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. View of the gondola. Already planning our next mammoth trip and we are going to rent this one again.

Great location in the village

We have rented several units in the village in the past and this one takes the cake for best one so far. It's a spacious unit with a fantastic view of the village. The check-in and check-out process couldn't be easier. We'll definitely rent here again in the future.

We really enjoyed this property. It is well equipped with starter sets for laundry, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, bath soap, lotion, coffee filters, etc. So nice! The property managers are excellent and very responsive. Picking up the key from a lockbox after hours was very easy. Directions were specific and simple to follow. Nice, large deck overlooking the Village. Great layout. We loved it. Thanks so much - we'll be back!

Spring Break Ski Trip

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property. It is the perfect location for skiing when Canyon lodge is open, it is close to all the restaurants in the village, has great views from the balcony, and good kitchen/laundry/entertainment amenities.
