I reported the problem to Vacasa, they said someone would contact me, but after HOURS of hearing nothing, I finally reached back out and was told it was too late to send someone out. I will NEVER rent a condo from managed by Vacasa again. Also, this particular unit is right on the street, so parking is quite a distance and you have to walk through a locked pool area to get to and from the condo. Very inconvenient. Finally, the linens were clean, but very old. One of the quilts had a patch made out of tape covering a hole. Not very hospitable. ##### stephanie m. Extra sink behind the bedroom door was convenient. The oven was broken and the bathroom door stuck, and made a loud noise when using the bathroom at night. We checked in Sunday night, reported both problems Tuesday morning, and neither had been fixed before we checked out Saturday morning. The air circulated between our condo and at least one other. We smelled cigarette smoke twice in the evening, and none of us smoked. We also heard a person coughing and coughing; two days after our return, one of our guests had a high fever and was diagnosed with pneumonia!
