There are some supply issues and maintenance issues. We started with one drinking glass. The downstairs bathroom door knob was coming off and shower handle was loose and made it and is impossible to regulate the temperature. I fixed both of them. For this time of the year (winter dry conditions) the dehumidifiers should be sanitized weekly (they were a mess). The condo was very convenient time the ski slopes and roomy. Séjour de 4 nuits en avril 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### heather l. 27 mars 2023 #### Great location - not best property We have stayed in various Sierra Maegeve properties - we love being so close to Canyon Lodge! This condo was still a close walk but the management/owner company for this condo was not as great as any if our prior experiences. We booked for 4 nights and 8 adults and found very small sample sizes of dish detergent and the bath soap- not enough for our trip. Towels were 1 per person - and no extra towels, blankets, or even extra toilet paper. The sign on the fridge said we were given a "starter" set of supplies but that we should plan to purchase more from the local store. I do not mind when a VRBO doesnt offer the cute extras but it really seems like toilet paper should be included in the rental price. We did notify the company when I received their welcome text that there was an issue, but as with all of their contact there was no person involved to speak with. I will happily book another Sierra Maegeve condo but I will probably avoid booking from this management company and look for the privately owned condos instead. ##### heather l. The unit was clean and cozy. Nothing beats being able to walk to the lifts and come "home" for lunch. The view looking out is nice and little kids like watching the Gondola go by. The covered underground parking is great to not have to shovel snow off your car. The unit does not have any consumables so bring your own spices, oils, foil, and zip lock bags, fire wood (lighter) you might need. Would definitely come back again to stay. ##### Nolan H. We enjoyed the place but maybe would have been better to go through the owner. We left a day early due to the scary weather forecast/snow storms, as we didn’t want to get stuck there. We returned the keys to the box yesterday and are safe home already. I’m hoping we can get reimbursed for the second night, or at least get a credit for the future, as it would be way expensive what we paid for one night only, what a shame that would be. We loved walking to Canyon Lodge from our cabin. It was so close and convenient. However, when I walked in the condo for the first time it smelled. My family and I sneezed constantly until we aired the place out. There is carpet in all the bathrooms. YUK!! The place is very dated and felt dirty because of the old carpet and smell. Furniture is also old and worn. Not a place I would take my family again. ##### Kim C. Good access to the slopes if you like the Canyon Lodge side of Mammoth. Nice storage area for ski equipment. Quiet at night for those that like to rest as opposed to party in the village. Firm beds with plenty of blankets to keep warm. Covered parking and secure entry. Need to integrate recyclable bins in the garage (only found the standard garbage). Overall a nice place to stay for a group that wants to visit with one another and enjoy what Mammoth has to offer. ##### Robert S.
