MAXSIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 8 PEOPLE

We have taken extra precautions with preparation of the condo for our guests disinfecting the condo in accordance with CDC recommendations.

*** Two lever condo is in center of Mammoth Lakes with several great restaurants and near shopping center within walking distance. All 3 bedrooms on the First Floor.
Living Room, Dining and Kitchen and 1/2 Bath on the Second Floor.

All Bathrooms have towels, shampoo, lotion soap and a air dryer.

There is a new washer/dryer in the unit available for our guests with detergent provided. Plenty of furniture for storing clothes while visiting. Every room is heated by electric wall heaters.

Sierra Manors is our home away from home. We have lovingly remodeled this townhome so that when we use it ourselves it’s as if we never left home. We are constantly improving the unit - just installed new, double pane windows!!!

The spacious upstairs kitchen/living room/dining room area is light and sunny with cathedral ceiling and windows on both sides. The picture window looks out across the balcony and on to Lincoln Mountain.

There is a Eco- friendly pellet stove with pellets provided for you that gives out warmth, heat and ambiance and it turns on simply though a thermostats!

The kitchen has been set up with all of the new amenities including a toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock pot and microwave.
We have cable TV, a Free High Speed Internet connection and a full entertainment center all available for guests, now with flat-screen TV.

The Sierra Manor Complex has a New Pool, 3 Jacuzzi/Sauna/Baths and Common Area Lounge you can setup for parties at special request.

*Free Parking - parking spaces available right in the front of the unit and more parking space for boats and oversize vehicles in the back of the unit. We provide parking permits for up to 3 cars.

The location of Sierra Manors is excellent, right in the center of Mammoth Lakes. Literally across the street is the popular restaurant/night spot Rafters. and several other restaurants are within a block. Free shuttle bus running all year long will take you to the Village in 5 minutes, to the slopes and all around Mammoth Lakes. The shuttle stop is directly opposite our town-home coming down from the slopes.

***This is truly an incredible, magical place to stay for all seasons of the year!

Well furnished apartment for large group or family
We find this apartment very homy, very well furnished with kitchen and various household appliances. It is excellently located off a main-street and is a few minutes from grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. It makes an idea location for your visit to the area or anywhere along Hwy 395. Parking space is right outside the unit. will definitely stay at this place the next time we visit this area again.

This place had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us (3) adults, and would be perfect for a larger family with children. I liked that the front door faced Old Mammoth Road which made it easy to come and go. Would definitely consider it for a future visit.

Very clean. Middle of town, shops, and so much more!!
We loved the fact you are able to park in front of property. The kitchen and living area is located upstairs. The bottom level is where you will find bedrooms. Very very clean. Its has plenty of pot, pans, and plenty of silverware. Our kids enjoyed the games and movies we were able to watch. We also enjoyed the pool that directly below us. It was our first time to Mammoth. June lake is like a beach area to go for a swim and rented a paddle board for our kids. We went hiking ro horseshoe Lake and lunch afterMy husband left us all asleep to go enjoy some fishing all by himself. We have been too so many other lakes. Mammoth is gorgeous!! There is so much to do here that we defintely need to come back and explore more of what Mammoth has to offer. We would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely family condo in the heart of Mammoth Lakes
We loved being downtown, close to lots of activities. Because of the closures due to snow, we weren’t able to do what we planned, but the local people directed us to a hike around Convict Lake, which was stunning! The house has wonderful accommodations, lots for kids to do, well stocked kitchen. We loved our visit!

The condo had everything we needed. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the Mammoth Brewery. We had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo. My son, and grandson enjoyed the hot tub, and sauna very much. Thank you very much.

Comfortable Condo, Great Location
We stayed three nights in this three bedroom condo in Mammoth while skiing. The condo is conveniently located next to the shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain. Plenty of space for a seven adults and a fully appointed kitchen for cooking in. Easy check in and check out, responsive management - I would stay again.
