This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, parking for 2 cars, and HOA jacuzzi. Have an amazing getaway in this comfortable and serene home! About the space: Welcome to this updated, cozy and bright property in Snowcreek V - the stunning mountain views provide the perfect backdrop for your next mountain getaway! Ideally located with close access to hiking trails, free town shuttle, public ice rink, gym, and more, all of Mammoth's activities are readily available from your front door! This property is a spacious 1349 sq. ft. that comfortably sleeps 4 people. The open living area, dining area, and kitchen has stylish furnishings and hardwood flooring throughout. The south facing living room is warm, with plenty of natural light from all the windows, and gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountain range. The living room has comfortable seating, upgraded TV with Smart features, and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with new cabinets, solid stone countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Off the kitchen is a private in-unit laundry room with upgraded washer/dryer. The dining table has seating for 6\. Off the dining area is a sliding glass door, opening to the private porch – perfect for enjoying the scenery, fresh mountain air, and star gazing. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo, allowing for extra privacy. The master bedroom offers a king-sized, TV, abundant dressers/closet space for clothing storage and an ensuite bathroom. The remodeled primary bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers an xl twin over queen size bed, TV, and dresser/closet space. The second bathroom is attached to the second bedroom and main living area – it has a separate door from the bedroom, making for easy sharing and privacy. The second bathroom is also remodeled and offers a large vanity and walk-in shower. We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent. There is one HOA jacuzzi available to all guests staying at Snowcreek V. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property.
