Newly remodeled with chic, contemporary decor and vintage ski accents, this airy 3-bedroom townhome is a relaxing retreat less than 10 minutes from restaurants, skiing, hiking and biking trailheads, golf and more.

*Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning.

Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows reveal unobstructed views of the Sherwin Mountains from the great room -- the heart of the home -- while log accents and a river rock fireplace create a cozy, “alpine chic” atmosphere. A wrap-around sofa and stylish, mid-century modern accent chair invite guests to relax after a day on the mountain or catch a movie on the large-screen TV. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen makes it easy to add homemade snacks or even craft a gourmet dinner.

A hardwood, country-style dining table seats up to 8 guests, with two additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. French doors from the dining area to a private patio with lounge seating, and a BBQ grill to enjoy outdoor cooking on blue-bird days or summer evenings.

This main level also features the primary suite, styled in chic, minimalist decor with plush linens and a cozy, knit throw across the king-sized bed. This room has an en-suite bath, flat-screen TV and picture window overlooking the tree-lined grounds outside.

The elegant guest primary, located on the lower level, features a king-sized bed, fur accent throws and a large-screen TV. This room also has an en-suite bath and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard, with views of the Sherwin Mountains.

The third bedroom, also located on the lower level, has a twin-over-full Captain’s bunk bed with a twin trundle and flat-screen TV. A full bath in the hall and private washer and dryer add convenience.

From the conveniently situated Snowcreek development, Eagle Lodge is less than 10 minutes away for skiing and snowboarding, while restaurants, nightlife and family-friendly entertainment in downtown Mammoth is about 5 minutes away. A one-car private garage with room for one more car in the driveway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, which includes the Snowcreek Golf Course, Devil’s Postpile National Monument, and multiple hiking and biking trailheads.

As a guest of Snowcreek, you’ll also enjoy access to one of two shared hot tubs, and for an optional daily fee, can access workout rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, spas and saunas at Snowcreek Athletic Club.

With its central location, striking mountain views, and chic, comfortable living space, Snowcreek 777 is an ideal year-round retreat.

Mammoth Family Fun
We loved our stay for our family of 4 + friends. We have stayed in many Mammoth condos over the years and this is now one of our favorite units. The set up is perfect with 2 bedrooms with king size bed and the other with a bunk. The kitchen is well equipped and the view off the deck is beautiful. The managing company was very responsive. Everything about this trip was top notch!

We loved the property, and location. Living room area could’ve used a bigger tv and sound system was not that great and couch was not too comfortable. Downstairs was hard to heat with heating system without heating the upstairs too much. Loved the 3 bathrooms and living space and keyless entry. Overall gave this a 4 stars rating!

From the check in to check out, everything was good. One drawback was the garage height clearance was pretty low so we couldn’t park our var inside the garage. But other than that, everything was good. Clean. Good location, all remodeled throughout. Thank you.

Great place!
We come up to Mammoth every summer and have stayed at numerous condos in this community. This place is great! It is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials. The only thing I have issue with is that the rugs around the house are not very clean. Overall we had a great time staying here.

Beautiful condo with the best views
We have rented many condos during our visits to Mammoth and without a doubt this has been the best. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The bathrooms are completely updated as well as the flooring. The deck is brand new with a small sitting area to enjoy the gorgeous views. This condo is spotless, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this condo. Fit our group perfectly (4 adults, 3 kids), can't wait for our next visist.

Pretty nice townhouse with convenient location. The house is nicely decorated with descent size rooms. Love the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Downside is parking, as the one car garage barely fits our SUV (very tight) and an additional car on the driveway.

Incorrect details of lodging and terrible customer service.
The rental place had patio and grill mentioned is listing and pictures, but we were surprised to see that the entire patio was broken down. The grill was unusable and we could not even step out into the patio. The customer service mentioned the patio has been broken down for a few months and they “forgot” to mention it. They offered a 25% refund, which is ofcourse pre-tax, again surprisingly, the price is lower than what’s mentioned in the listing. It took 3 weeks of following with the customer service to finally get the “pre-tax refund”. I will not go back to that place and will not recommend either.

Great views, smaller than expected
The setting is perfect, lovely views, house is stylish, and Snowcreek is quiet and pretty. Beds were comfy. But this house sleeps 7 not 8 as stated. There are 2 kings, and a bunk with a queen on bottom. Not sure where the 8th person was supposed to sleep other than the couch or in a bed of 3. The rooms were spacious aside from the bunk room. The dining-living area was much smaller than anticipated but adequate. Blinds were broken in bottom bedroom, very bright in the AM. Poorly designed windows for the summer heat, really stuffy since you can't open most of them and there's no AC. The "private patio" might have been the unfurnished patio on the bottom level? The upper deck with great view was shared with the neighboring unit, no privacy whatsoever. Plus, the deck was rotting. BBQ worked well and is new, some of the stove burners were not working. "Chefs" Kitchen had a good deal of new tools, but chipped dishes and no coffee grinder. Luckily, hikes and lakes were perfect!
