After a day on the mountain, guests will love relaxing by the gas fireplace or in the private hot tub. Step inside this 2-level, reverse floor plan home to find a tiled entry leading to 2 guest bedrooms, a bunk room, and laundry room on the bottom floor. Everything including bathrooms and and kitchen seem to be new and/or very well kept. The location is close to stores and restaurants but also on the golf course so in the winter it felt more private and the kids had lots of room to run and play. Overall lovely stay. Beautiful home, very clean. Easy to use appliances. Kitchen was fully equipped. Check in and check out were easy. It was a quiet home with plenty of space for us to spread out and have individual privacy. TVs in each room allowed for group watching and individual choices. Location was great for all we wanted to do. The deck was a lovely spot to relax at the end of the day. We had good communication with the rental agency before we arrived. The last day we had a question near the end of the day. I left a message for the local office about the jacuzzi (it was locked with a cipher lock and we didn’t know where the code was) but never heard back. It wasn’t an emergency and the outgoing message said for emergencies they called back quickly. Perhaps they are short staffed due to COVID and how busy Mammoth has been this summer. We had hoped to use the jacuzzi and couldn’t. Not hearing back, we figured the jacuzzi was locked due to COVID. Perhaps I didn’t see a note about that on the listing. Either way, the whole stay was perfect and we would definitely stay there again. Great attention to detail through out the home with high end furnishings, linens, and kitchen appliances that made our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is also perfect with it just far enough from the village that it is peaceful, but close enough for an easy bike ride.
