Easy few min walk to the Canyon Lodge lifts. Short walk (slightly closer) to the Village Gondola. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Slightly noisy if people upstairs clomp around but that is the same with every condo we've been in. Highly recommend. Close to the lifts. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, and I really do believe the owner was unaware, it had not been properly cleaned, stocked or prepped before our arrival. Dirt and leftover food in the fridge/ dishes and pots and pans that still had food on them in the cabinets, so much dust! “House book” was not for this unit and hence did not have accurate info/was not useful. Lots of bins/dispensers for soap and linens…. All empty. Several chairs with broken legs , bunk bed ladder broken. I would love to rent this place again, but I would require a lot of assurance about cleaning and maintenance. ##### Stephanie K. We had an issue with heat. Fixed it right away. Left a phone after check out, and sent someone to let us in very early in the morning. The property itself is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. It has four bedrooms with plenty of beds. They even have toys for the kids to play with and ample seating. The only real issue is that the bedrooms are dark!! The lighting is lacking and hard to sift through your luggage unless it’s daytime and you pull out your phone’s flashlight. Otherwise, it’s an excellent property and we highly recommend it. Just not on weekends when we want to go back. ;) ##### Brooke T.
