The condo was clean and welcoming. We appreciated the comfortable beds and nice furniture in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked good. The laundry room was dirty and we couldn't get it to work because of poor internet service. Finally they warned us of not having enough hot water for more than two showers at a time. Finally, there was a pile of sheets in the closet, we assume they were dirty since they were not folded. I think I deserve a partial refund for such a poor quality establishment! ##### William T. A little stuffy and didn't seem very clean. One room had dirty sheets had to call to have them bring fresh ones. We left a pair of tennis shoes in the downstairs master bedroom underneath the night stand. Called one hour after we left to notify them. The person I spoke to said that they would call us when they found them and let us know where we could pick them up. Never received a call. I called today to inquire as i didnt have any communication from vacasa as promised. I spoke to Jonathan he checked and said they could not find them. He asked me to give him an exact location so they can look again. I shared with him that no one called me to notify me. We knew exactly where we left them. I asked him when I could expect a call back.He said he wasn't sure. I asked him if it would be 24 hours or 48, to please give me an estimate. He said he said he couldn't as that would give me unrealistic expectations. I shared with him.That was very bad customer service and that I would insure to report it. It is very sad that something can be lost that quickly, or such dishonesty. I would never use any facility that uses vacasa again. ##### Sylvia P. There is a keypad to get into the units and the code wasn't included. Called the management number listed and they didn't know either. Luckily there was an onsite manager number in the lobby. He picked up quickly and gave me the code to get in. We had a great time and enjoyed the mountains and trails. ##### robert t. We loved the condo, it was in a great location right next to a lift for ski season. The furnishings and decor were perfect, The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean. My only issue is that the hot tub and sauna were on another property near by.
