In the time of fires.
The house was perfectly set up for a larger group, great open kitchen and main room. There were a couple of lights that didn't work, but in the scheme of things, that was nothing. Would absolutely recommend this property to large groups or extended families. The smoke from the Creek Fire was pretty awful one day and night, but that was certainly not the fault of this lovely home.

The house was better than the pictures. Location is very convenient. The house itself is clean and very nice. Only downside is hottub is communal so was shutdown for Covid, but I know that is unavoidable.

Nice large unit, well appointed kitchen, nice common area. Only things missing: pictures of each room on the listing. While it's easy to phone the hosts, the messaging on the app didn't allow for a prompt response. They did not respond to one of my emails. When I did call them, they were quite response. Definitely recommended.

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
This condo has great features(large kitchen/comfortable living space), but it is in need of updating and TLC. (For example, the blinds in the dining room were missing the wands last year and have not been fixed)(Several of the kitchen drawers are in need of massive organization-owner must not stay in his place) Most impactful was the unresponsiveness of the management company. Here are some examples: -called in advance to ensure we had plenty of propane for grill and the nearest jacuzzi was working...they said they were to busy to check) -WiFi - never worked even after numerous calls -Wash clothes - there was not 1 wash cloth available...when I called the management company, she blamed it on the owner -jacuzzi - the key that was available in the condo did not open the gate because it had been replaced by a code box and management team was unaware. Bottom line...it was the most unresponsive, inhospitable management team. To the owner and head of the management company, feel free to contact me

Great for large group and kids
Brought a large group of boys and dads to mountain bike, fish, and hike for a late October respite before the snow starts falling. Couldn’t have been more fun, and t rental was a great choice. The kitchen has everything needed for nightly meals, the complex’s jacuzzi was nice and hot, and the location allowed for multiple rides to terminate right in the neighborhood. Will likely rent again.
