Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom 3 bath, 1694 sf. end unit condo. Just steps away from the front door is the bus stop to catch a free shuttle ride to either Canyon Lodge or Eagle Lodge. The shuttles run every 20 minutes during ski season, so no need to drive to lifts during your stay. The master bedroom has a king-sized log bed and private newly remodeled bathroom . The second bedroom sleeps 4 with two bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Upstairs, the 4th bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the newly updated half bath. The spacious living room is furnished with a new extra-large leather couch and 2 new swivel reclining chairs. A great space to read, play games or relax watching the 65" smart TV and entertainment center. The dining space has a large, reclaimed wood table with seating for 10\. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, stove/range, and everything needed to cook a dinner for a large group. The bunkbed was the center of activity at night, and the beautiful remodeled kitchen and the living area was the center for dancing and karaoke. Everyone snowboard and skied and the location was perfect to Pick up the shuttle either to the village or to Eagle Lodge. It could not have been more convenient. I think I traveled just a couple of feet with my equipment. Greg was a great host. He was accessible and responsive and just super five star host . ##### cathy s. It’s quiet, very convenient, and well-appointed for a family with dogs. We stayed in August. The place was not too warm at all despite no AC, which is typical for Mammoth. The communication with Greg was great. The games and giant flatscreen TV provided us hours of family fun. The stars were gorgeous from the property with peekaboo views of the mountains. Beds are firm but comfortable. I enjoyed the very short downhill walk to the village daily as well as the short drive to local attractions. June Lake and Convict Lake were favorites. Here are some key highlights: Location: It's very close to the town, even within walking distance. Hiking trail: The property is adjacent to a beautiful and superb trail that goes all the way to the summit, where you can visit all the lakes. The trail is kid-friendly, and you can even take a stroller. Rooms: There are 4 rooms accommodating up to 10 people. Three rooms are on the first floor, including bunk beds that kids can enjoy. Another room is on the second floor, providing privacy for parents. Neighborhood: The area is very quiet and relaxing. I must also commend the owner for their exceptional hospitality. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether we had questions about the property or needed recommendations for local attractions, the owner was always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.
