AMAZING LOCATION!! 3-minute-walk to the Village and Gondola!! 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, NEWLY REMODELED!

This newly remodeled mid-century modern "Mammoth Estates" townhouse, is located in the heart of it all! Just a few minutes walk to the Village and gondola, in a quaint and quiet, forest mountain-town setting. This 4 bed/3 bath property sleeps 10 and is perfect for a large family or two families.

Downstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom attached. Two other bedrooms, located downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with a full-size bunk bed and twin trundle, share a full hall bathroom. Then only bedroom upstairs has a king bed with a bathroom right next to it in the hall. Every bedroom has wall-mounted, flat screen, smart t.v.'s with streaming channels, such as Netflix, Disney-Plus, Hulu, Apple, Amazon and more!

The living area features a large flat screen, smart t.v., an electric, push-button-timer-controlled fireplace which emits lots of heat and a balcony with bbq and sitting area. The dining room has table with 7 chairs plus 2 barstools and a credenza stocked with games such as Monopoly, Clue, Life, Uno, etc.

The kitchen has all newer stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder and is stocked with coffee pods. Other amenities include a blender, hand mixer, crock pots, mixing bowls, multiple skillet and pots/pans and baking pans.

Washer and Dryer located in downstairs bedroom closet.

This unit is fully contained with everything you could ever need! Enjoy staying in and cooking or walking a few minutes to a variety of restaurants at the Village. This 2-story townhouse has double doors facing the parking lot and only one shared wall...no units above or below this...and walking up multiple flights of stairs and hallways to find it. You can park right in front, with easy access to your car for loading/unloading bags/gear, and never have to move your car until it's time to go home! Comes with 2 parking passes to hang on your rearview mirror. Also, there is a storage closet on the front porch, to store your snowboards and skis!

This unit is NON-SMOKING and PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Fun Winter Week

Our 3 families had a fun winter week at this enjoyable and stress free condo.Interior: place was clean and well decorated. Modern appliances and furnishings were nice.Parking: parking was great. Spaces are unreserved, but we were able to find places to park 3 cars, which is a definite plus in Mammoth. Location and Transporation: Convenient to walk to gondola, and super convenient to walk to free shuttle stop(400 ft) to village or Canyon Lodge @ Mammoth Mtn. I didn't drive anywhere all week, which was NICE!Jacuzzi: easy walk(500 ft) to shared hot tub. Always had to share it, but it was always hot and there was always space for us. There is also a sauna and a game room there.Host: Jennifer was very communicative. We didn't have any problems, but she was very responsive to any questions we had.Bottom line: Enjoyed the place and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Mountain Gateway with Friends

The house is perfectly located near Gondola and the Village, making it super convenient for short walks to shops and restaurants. The space itself is cozy yet spacious.The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches like a detailed instructions for everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking group meals a breeze. Just need to prepared your own K-Cup coffee if you come in big group as it might not enough for everyone. The living room, with its roaring fireplace and comfy seating, quickly became our favorite spot to unwind after a day.The hot tub was the cherry on top—Each bedroom was well-appointed, and the beds were so comfortable that everyone woke up refreshed and ready for another day.Overall, this house had everything we needed for a perfect ski trip with friends. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and charm, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Ideal Location

The condo location is literally only a couple minutes from the village. Shops, restaurants, and the gondola to the mountain are all easily accessible from the condo. The condo did have a broken window when we arrived which was from all the recent snowstorms. The property management company sent someone out immediately to board up the window. Overall, the stay was great. We had a blast!

Beautiful and Cozy Mountain Escape

The property is excellently located within a 5 minute walk of the Village and Canyon Lodge Gondola. The beds were very comfy, the towels soft and clean, and the decor was very tastefully contemporary and spacious. The holiday decorations were a special touch too making our stay one we will always remember.

Renter Beware

This was our annual Christmas family vacation. We come in from multiple states and we’re so excited for this VRBO condo. Let’s just say we were extremely disappointed from start to finish. Our check-in time was 4pm. At 3:55 I asked for check in instructions and didn’t get an any response. No inbox or auto generated email. At around 4:30 I called VRBO which then took them over 30 minutes to get a hold of the PM. At this point, we couldn’t even check in to our condo until later in the evening because we had a family dinner planned. When they gave us the instructions, they initially gave us the incorrect door code. So we get there late at night and we couldn’t get in. Then the real fun began. Condos decor was as advertised. Beds were horribly soft and pillows were thin and cardboard. Garbage disposal did not work. Two restrooms still had trash in them. One restroom smelt of vomit. The door throughout our stay didn’t always work and we called to have someone check it out, but they gave us “advice” as to what may be wrong but it still wasn’t working and they couldn’t get someone out to inspect it because they were busy. So there were multiple times we had to leave the door unlocked which is frightening. Wifi was so poor that if multiple TV’s were on, the picture was blurry because it could not buffer. Cleanliness of the unit was poor. Cobwebs everywhere, things not dusted, not enough towels per bathroom. Needless to say, the location was great, but everything else really fell short. Stay away from any Nomadness Rental!

The space was great for our family of 7 - comfortable, clean, centrally located, and quiet. My only suggestion would be for there to be a few shovels available to help dig out parked cars from underneath one of Mammoth's incredible winter storms. Thanks for a great time!

Summer trip

This property is located just a few min walk from the Village, which is wonderful over the summer since they have concerts in the evening. The house is perfect for families as it has three bedrooms downstairs and a 2nd master upstairs. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the living room is nice and open. You are 1 building away from the pool. Will be back next summer.

Excellent Place to Stay

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. We had three families each with a six year old. The three kids stayed in the bunk room which had a bed for each of them. We loved that it was downstairs and we could enjoy adult time upstairs in the main living space once they were in bed. It was also great that each couple had their own bedroom. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything the village had to offer as well as all of the shuttle bus stops. We did have a few issues arise while staying there (sink wouldn't drain and garbage disposal wasn't working, bunk bed was missing a couple of bolts and was wobbly) but the manager was extremely responsive and they took care of everything immediately. I gave it 4 stars instead of five because of the issues and because, while everything appeared clean, the floors left us with feet covered in black so I'm assuming they had not been cleaned in a while. Truly though, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Guys b day trip.

Great location. Give three young professionals a nice spot to have a guys trip for my b day. We all had spacious rooms and all the amenities needed. Appreciated that the tvs were easy to opporrate and didn’t need a manual to turn them on and get access to apps like other rentals have been. Gave us evening entertainment without having to work hard to get it . We will be back

Great location

Stayed here for New Years. Overall the experience was great! The location was fantastic; walking distance to the village, mammoth brewing, etc. It was easy to take a shuttle or drive to canyon lodge as well. We had a couple issues during our stay. Several of the towel racks were falling off, likely from the guests right before us. We also had an issue where the electronic door lock stopped working and we were locked out for a couple hours. No one picked up when we called the property management company but eventually we got a call back and into the apartment. We did get a small credit due to our issue, but still deducting one star. Would stay here again, but I’d want to make sure they fixed the door.
