The tap was leaking as the owner doesn’t fix it at all, the bin was full when we got there and DVD player didn’t work at all. The games room downstairs had a great selection of DVDs & toys for our young children. We were keen to use the bbq but it was in a bit of a sad state (not very clean & gas bottle was empty) so didn’t end up using it. The house is starting to age but overall it was very comfortable for us. Dealing with LJ Hooker property management was very average. The descriptive blurb re: booking fees was not correct on the stayz website. They will do the bare minimum. They were prompt to reply to questions but not really out to make our stay easier or more comfortable. I found them defensive & not genuinely open to feedback given.
