On the ground floor there is the main entrance, three double bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds; They all have a closet to organize clothes. On the upper floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and television and a bathroom. From the kitchen or living room you can access the terrace, with spectacular panoramic views of the beach and where you can enjoy eating outdoors on the outdoor furniture or sunbathing in the hammock. From the building itself you can take the elevator down to the promenade and directly access the most central beach in the town, Aréa Maior Beach. 50 meters away, there are several hotels and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. During your stay you can use the private parking space in the building's community garage, available for one vehicle. Other beaches that can be visited in the area would be: \-Canido Beach: 300 m away \- Seaia Beach: 1 km \- Beo Beach: 3 km \- Seiruga Beach: 5 km \- Barizo Beach: 6.5 km \- San Miro Beach: 8.5 km In the area you can also visit: \-Mirador de San Adría: This viewpoint is located near the hermitage of the same name. From here you can see a beautiful panoramic view of the town of Malpica and the Sisargas Islands. Distance 4 km. \-Punta Nariga Lighthouse: It is the most modern lighthouse in Galicia, built in 1995\. The environment is full of magic on this cliff hit by the sea and with curious rock formations. The construction of the lighthouse is reminiscent of the bow of a ship, crowned by a bronze sculpture shaped between a human and a seagull about to fly. Distance 11 km. \- Corme: It is a small fishing village, famous for being where the best Barnacles in the world are extracted, in the O Roncudo area. Distance: 17 km. \-Laxe: This fishing town has one of the best urban beaches in Galicia, a charming historic center and a curious cove made up of polished green glass. Distance 25 km. \- Playa de Razo: Spectacular beach with a 5.5 km long sandy beach. Important surf destination. Distance 14 km. \- Refugio de Verdes: Natural area with lush vegetation, rivers with waterfalls and mills. Distance 15 km. \- Baldayo Marshes: It is a beach, lagoon and marsh where sea water mixes with river water and forms one of the most important wetlands in Galicia. Distance 18 km. \- Caión: It is a fishing town with spectacular views and beaches. Distance: 32 km. \- Coruña: This is a city to walk and enjoy, with beaches in the center and, presided over by the Tower of Hercules and a long Promenade that almost completely surrounds the city. Distance 50 km. \- Santiago de Compostela: World Heritage Site, it has been attracting visitors and pilgrims from all over the world for centuries. It is essential to walk through the historic center, the Cathedral and the Portico of Glory. Dozens of churches, convents and palaces in Romanesque, Gothic or Baroque styles. Distance 63 km. Furthermore, the duplex apartment is located at the beginning of what is known as "O Camiño dos Faros", a 200 kilometer hiking route that connects Malpica with Finisterre along the edge of the sea.
