With a rich history, this property was once a true mine, whose legacy is reflected in its architecture and unique atmosphere. Surrounded by an extensive land with carob trees, almond trees, and a well-maintained lawn, Sa Mina offers an oasis of tranquillity. Enjoy its spacious pool accompanied by 12 sun loungers and a practical outdoor shower to cool off.  
  
  
  
For outdoor food lovers, the estate has a sheltered barbecue area and a covered porch with a table ideal for family gatherings, as well as a ping pong table for entertainment.  
  
  
  
The interior combines charm and functionality, with marés and stone floors, high ceilings with exposed beams and spacious, bright spaces. The living-dining room has air conditioning, fireplace, satellite television and free WiFi for your comfort.  
  
  
  
The property has two fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, gas cooker, ceramic hob, electric oven and washing machine, perfect for preparing any dish.  
  
  
  
Sa Mina offers seven bedrooms distributed across three floors, designed for maximum rest. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with single beds. On the first floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus two bedrooms with several single beds. On the second floor, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a final bedroom with a double bed and panoramic views.
