5 night break
2nd visit to Hotel 5 day break for my 66 th Birthday and our 37th Wedding Anniversary.After arrival at hotel and checking in we were told room not ready but after about an hour my husband checked with reception and was told it was ready so we hadn’t been informed which was a bit annoying .Didnt find reception staff very friendly .We we’re half board and found choice of food not as good as previous stay Chicken was on offer every dinner time and we found that at best cooked breakfast Luke warm . Lovely gesture on my birthday a bottle of sparkling wine and card left in room when we returned from dinner . We had a very nice double room with sea view Water lovely and hot Clean towels every day. Cleaning of room not 100% as some crumbs on floor that were there since first day !! Overall a good short break Not sure if we will return though

The bed was so so nice. The meal buffets every night were great. Coffee tasted better here than some hotels I've been to in Mallorca.

Gr8 hotel and room options; pool with easy access, showers and shaded garden. Plenty of sunbeds. Outdoor dining option with main restaurant. Good location close to promenade, shops and the best area of seafront. Reception service wait too long. Very good reception service once wait over. Good luggage and courtesy room service. Pool bar service too slow. Pool bar food quality poor and half-an-hour waiting time is far too long. Complaint made. Noted that residents bring in take-aways from outside instead of using pool bar menu. We'll do the same next time.

We arrived late and the guy on the desk was very unfriendly and disinterested with no greeting. We were told water was in the room but there was nothing. We had to pay €5 for two small bottles. The room was clean but comfort was a basic level with only one pillow per person and the en suite was the smallest we had ever seen.

👍Reasonable price ( Free soft drinks & snack in room) , complimentary nice buffet breakfast and newly decorated room with modern facilities (USB port, Bluetooth speaker installed♡) Room size is not big but acceptable. Stone throw away from the beautiful beach♡♡, Palma city centre and airport. The gentleman in reception is warm, helpful and polite. 👎The short blond lady lady is a bit impatient when we enquired something or during check out. The reception is disorganized. Should set up something in the reception, peoples just cut in line directly so many time😮‍💨
