We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great easy access to everything. The hotel including rooms were very clean and the staff were all very polite and nice. Especially the restaurant and bar staff. There was also a small gym adequate for light workouts. The food at the restaurant was pretty tasty. Great stay and would return.

Missold experience. Air con didn’t work for the full stay & pool shuts at 3pm which we were not made aware of prior to our stay. 10am-3pm isn’t great pool hours. Room was too hot during night and day.

Dejligt hotel med svingende service
Vi bookede ved en fejl et Premier værelse. De er på 1 sal. Vi vil gerne bo højt og bad om at blive flyttet, selvom Superior på 5. sal er billigere. Det var svært da "reklamesangen" for Premier værelserne gik igang. Men de ville undersøge om flytning var muligt. Vi hørte intet. Efter 7 overnatninger i Premier spurgte vi receptionen hvad status på en evt. flytning var. Nu var det en anden der tog affære og vi kunne på et Superior på 5. sal. Men ellers kan hotellet varmt anbefales. Dejlig voksen hotel med god buffet restaurant. God beliggehed op til villa kvarter i Can Pastilla.

Le personnel est au petit soin. La demi-pension est repetitive dans le choix des plats. Les chambres sont petites et bruyantes. Photos et description de l'hôtel pas très juste. Reservation d'une chambre front mer recu une chambre sans vue. Responsable de la reception n'a même pas reconnu l'erreur. Erreur de photo ... Il vend du rêve en ayant les moyens c'est dommage mais derrière ça ne suit pas. Attention établissement entier non fumeur.

It’s a bit far from the central Palma area. However, it is quiet, relaxed and you can walk to the beach. Has a great pool and nice restaurant. Amazing bar nearby. Bus stop is a bit of a walk but not too bad.

Be careful when booking this hotel - if you don’t book the very best rooms you will be put in rooms to the rear of the hotel. Some do have full sea views but you are basically next to the airport on the main flight path and it is incredibly noisy - you are not warned about this. Sun beds are incredibly limited wit little space to sit near the pool the hotel is too big for the social space available.

Hotel was lovely, ideal location, close to beach and shops/restaurants.Breakfast had great choice ,only complaint is that we had ordered a cold breakfast on our last day as we had an early flight.The breakfast we were left was ham/cheese sandwiches, some cookies and bananas and oranges. As we had paid for this breakfast we were expecting a continental style one and so were disappointed with what was offered.

Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to local area which offered many different dining options. Check-in was east and straight forward. Concept of adults only is great and a must for anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing break.

Having been returning to this hotel for over 20 years, I have to say that it is blatantly obvious that the company is now only interested in your money. Whilst the staff are excellent the hotel itself is not. We had no air conditioning for most of our holiday in 30 degrees heat, which completely ruined our whole experience. We did find out that this has been on going for a long time now and not being rectified. Also the shower leaks from the top of the shower head all over the ceiling and pours out all over the floor from the bottom of the door, which we had to keep using our towels to soak it all up. There are other things that have let this hotel down but in the 21st century, this is now the only hotel that we have stayed in that apparently doesn’t know how to cook poached eggs.

Bra läge med närhet till strand (5 min promenad) och till Palma (10 min taxi). Trevligt poolområde. Hade dålig start med aircon som inte fungerade och fick rapportera tre gånger till receptionen innan det blev fixat. Därefter inga problem men det tog flera timmar innan det blev åtgärdat. Beställning i baren glömdes bort…så servicen var lite sådär. Frekvent med flygplan som startar över hustaken, mycket ljud emellanåt.

Lovely hotel within a 10 minute drive of Palma Airport. The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Great choices of food for breakfast. The bar was also nice with a good view of the sea. Staff were friendly and facilities were great - lovely pool with plenty of loungers. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again.
