The hotel was full of groups, which I don’t mind, but they had no respect for anyone. They played their music really loud, took over the whole pool and it made us not spend a single day round the pool we just went to the beach. I usually don’t mind this but it just really ruined my holiday and I will not be returning to this hotel.

You get what you pay for it was an ok place to sleep but when we arrived the staff was rude there was marks on the bathroom wall from where the cleaners haven’t cleaned it look like blood and the towels that were provided for us also had marks on and were dirty I also had €50 stolen as it was in my bag zipped closed and the next day my bag was unzipped and the money was gone when I went to reception they said there was nothing they could do I would not recommend or stay here again

Exceeded expectations
Daily cleaning inside the room and in the communal areas and pool area of the hotel. Booked for a couple double room and had 2 single camper style beds on wheels but the balcony more than made up for this. Staff were friendly and attentive. Noise from other rooms could be heard music and laughter but this was not an issue to us but wouldn’t recommend for families with children

Great Hotel. Good location to Bus Stops.

The price is not valuable. The room had not a fridge and to use a conditioner air you have to pay in separate. There was ants in my bathroom and still talking about the bathroom when you have a shower the water runs everywhere because there is no box only a courtain. Also the breakfast is not good.

Cheap and cheerful.
Hotel good, nice room, pool and outside seating. Bed was very flimsy, looked like a camp bed. Balcony door was left unlocked by cleaner which worried me as the next room over could've easily accessed our room. Luckily nothing taken. Was allowed to check in early which was great. Would recommend if you want a cheap stay as a short walk away from the beach.

When I booked this hotel for a short trip to the Octoberfest in Arenal I didn’t expect it to be this good. I was pleasantly suprised. The breakfast wasn’t a disappointment either. More like what you would get in the U.K. rather than the Mediterranean. Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach/ harbour. Definitely recommend to anyone not looking for fancy frills etc. This hotel is what it advertises. Great value for money in October.

Wasn’t too bad for a 2 night stay. However had to pay for air conditioning, WiFi doesn’t work on the 5th floor, food wasn’t very nice and the fan didn’t work either. We only used the hotel to sleep in and was out all day 7am till 10-11ish pm so didn’t really bother us. Overall it was ok but wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Nice upgraded rooms now with air con, new bathrooms, decor, balconies beds and mattresses only disappointment are the mattresses are to soft as made of cheap foam and pillows are lumpy as filling is stuffed with recycled clothing cut into small pieces

If you're looking for cheap accommodations
This hotel is fine of you're looking for something inexpensive. It was a step up from a hostel. The walls were thin and so was the door. You can hear everything happening around you. The bed is on a flimsy metal frame similar to a cot.

Hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill at the top of the resort We are pretty fit but it was a task getting home after a day in town.The hotel is a bit dated and rooms are very small and the toilet shower area is small dont bring a cat you cant swing it.The rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily the bedding was changed 4 times in two weeks thats ok The staff are great nice people, breakfast is well just ok. Be aware the walls are thin and you must be prepared for lots of noise of ALL kinds.

Cheap no frills hotel. You get what you pay for. Perfect for what we needed, not far from everything and close to bus links to explore for cheap. Would go again and make sure you pay extra for the Aircon which made it even better.

We stayed a few nights here and on arrival were met by a very rude member of staff who had no wishes to make our stay pleasant. He seemed to be only interested in the tv! It seemed that this was a common trend amongst all staff who worked here. It's ok for sleeping, it's clean and kept clean. One bed collapsed (wobboly and very old) For a little more money stay somewhere else in Palma as it's a beautiful place to stay. Str

We had a very brief stay. The hotel is located right by the "party area of town" so if you're looking for a party, cheap drinks and a beach this might be the place for you. The down side is that it is very noisy and the address a LOT of tourists.

Very last minute booking as we had nowhere to stay. Cheap basic hotel but suited our needs for a few days stay. Breakfast buffet was limited but good food. Free WiFi in public areas. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

good hotel but it's El Arenal
El Arenal is dirty cheap silly commertial non-Spanish area l, which you will love it if you don't know what to do in life, and if having beer and saussage, listening to awful pop-folk music is your idea of fun (and yes, every second place is mini market, yes you can buy water mattres and flip flops). In addition, if you don't mind dodgy faces in evening, cement-like ugly beach (advertised as famous) and 40min+20min wait bus connection to beautiful Palma, then El Arenal is fine. As much I now despise El Arenal, hotel was fine, and staff was nice, and this saved me! Do yourself favour, be openminded and cosmopolitan, and run away from El Arenal to -everywhere else on Mallorca. Palma centre, Soller, Valdemossa, Deia, Alcudia (not silly souless Port Alcudia), Colonia Sant Jordi, to experience the beauty. No plasma TV, but you have this at home anyway! Holla to Karmen and staff ar hotel, bye bye to El Arenal!:-)

Bit too far from the front.
Room ok, food ok, most staff lovely just felt it was a little too far from beach especially walking bk uphill also no entertainment there or close by. Feel I would have enjoyed it more if there was more English there, only English person there was a maid who was very helpful.

Well located hotel
Arrived for a four day break to chill and get some sun. Hotel was excellent apart from the shower. Room was very clean. Only real criticism is that our balcony door didn't lock which made us feel slightly vulnerable. I did report it but it wasn't fixed during our visit so we made sure we locked all our valuables away. Other than that a very good hotel. Nice but unheated pool and friendly staff.

Very basic. Breakfast was simple, no variety and very limited. Half board turned out to be a joke as dinner was served at another hotel. It was very simple and quiet. Not many people were staying there.

It took me a while to find the hotel - my fault, I should have downloaded a better map. Friendly, helpful staff with good English. Lots of eating places close by. Good in-room wifi cost €2 for 24 hours. Beach an easy walk. Bus no 25 last stop is about 1 km walk. Bus no 23 stops close by. Bus costs $1.50 from Palma Centro. Taxi cost $33 to the ferry port.

Value for money no frills hotel
Up a steep hill from the beach, this hotel is a good base, in a quiet location. The hotel is definitely no frills, but the rooms are pleasant with small balconies (just two plastic chairs) The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower room adequate for our needs. There is a pool, small and the sunbeds a bit tired, not a pretty area particularly but a suntrap, there is also an air hockey table and a pool table and a bar. I stayed with my 18 yr old daughter for 4 nights, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. For the amount we paid I thought the hotel was on the whole a bargain, breakfast was included but absolutely terrible! Be prepared to eat out and you will be fine, some lovely places to have breakfast on the beach road. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the resort and the hotel is largely populated by Germans. Location is convenient for buses into Palma (approx 20mins) Once in Palma the old wooden train service to Soller is a must...beautiful scenery as it travels through the mountains, a great day out not to be missed.

A Good hotel that offers great value for money.
The management and staff did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The help and support to get settled in and to find my way as a tourist was excellent. The food (half board) offered a wide range of dishes, adequate for my needs and the service was efficient and accommodating. My room was cleaned daily, the beds were re-made and I had clean towels... etc. The free internet even worked in my bedroom although they said it only worked in the reception and bar. In all, I had a relaxing, comfortable stay. I would recommend this great value hotel to friends and I definitely will visit again.
