Jättebra frukost och service och mycket att välja på. Jättebra städning i rum. Fin pool men lite kall på morgonen. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Det som var dåligt var att jag fick betala fullt för två rum med frukost för fyra trots att vi bara var 3 personer.

Lovely relaxing stay. Rooms are bright and modern. Standard of cleaning throughout is very high. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Restaurant opening times are very reasonable and I liked the open seating. Every member of staff, I encountered was efficient and friendly. There is a disco and late night bar in the vicinity of the hotel, but was not troubled by noise. Will stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms. Big balcony with sea view. Courteous staff.Good location. This review is for Hipotels Cala Millor, a nearby sister property that I was offered since Hiptels Said was closed due to Covid. Would definitely recommend!

We actually got upgraded and moved to Hipocampo palace (which was a few mins drive in a taxi that the hotel paid for). It was a beautiful hotel, food was good. We had a 3 year old with us and food was accommodating for kids too. Very clean and lovely staff.

Awesome hotel!
Walking distance to one of the best beaches in the island, Cala Mallor. The hotel is well located, spacious room, the best breakfast and dinner selections, great service, awesome shows, big pool and just overall worth every money spent! Will definitely be back!!

Whilst the hotel, staff and food were really lovely, it was a bit too sedated for our needs. Perhaps it was the time of year but the age range of guests had to be 70 upwards. Hence no music around the pool or in the bar etc. On speaking and interacting with some of the older guests, they themselves commented that when the entertainment was not on, it was like a morgue. Older people enjoy music in the background too!! You just need to be selective of the style of music. Concerned we may upset the older guests we tried to behave and took our party atmosphere elsewhere. However when we did allow.some fun in the bar, some of the older guests thanked us and commented it was the most fun they had had all week. Getting older does not mean people lose their sense of fun. After all we are all 21.in our heads! Remember older people come on holiday to enjoy themselves too. If they want to sit quietly in a chair, I expect they would just stay home. Having music etc going on I would imagine would make their weeks stay different and more enjoyable, and not just swapping one armchair for another. Other than that the outdoor pool was freezing, which is most definitely not recommended for the elderly, and the indoor pool could have been warmer/a comfortable temperature. The air con was not on making sleeping difficult and the Turkish bath was not in operation which was very disappointing. All inclusive was NOT all inclusive. However the staff were fabulous and the restaurant was amazing

Thank you too for taking so much time to write reviews in differents webs. Is a pleasure to ear you speaking about our staff, food and restaurant. Concerning the kind of guests what we have, how I told you before, we are very proud of our guests, no matter the age. Unfortunately, when you were at the hotel, the temperatures were a bit colder than usual, and it is true that the water in the outdoor pool was a bit cold. That's why we had the heated pool at your disposal at 29º of temperature. As I told you before, with 10 or 12 degrees of outside temperature, I did not consider it necessary to put the air conditioning. It is always a pleasure to greet you. Excellent service in a great location.
From arrival, my daughter and I felt welcomed. The staff were professional and helpful; thank you Rocia. Our three day break felt more like a week of rest because of the 'nothing was too much trouble' attitude of the staff. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family.

Lovely family friendly hotel.
We have stayed here on many occasions and will keep choosing hotel Said again in the future. Excellent service, superb food and great staff who are polite, professional and willing to help. Everyone from the reception, housekeeping and bar staff should be commended for the great service they provide to guests!

Great hotel in a great location
This is a lovely immaculate hotel, we stayed B&B and the breakfast was superb with a massive variety. Hotel is in a great location 2 streets back from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful we would recommend this hotel for couples or families. Rooms have a great view of the pool and sea.

A hotel that makes you feel welcome
Nice hotel with very friendly staff, plenty of sun beds, room was very clean and was cleaned every day, the rooms were a little outdated in the main block but more than adequate. The position of the hotel for shops, restaurants and bars was spot on. The only issue was the disco bar visible from the balcony, you don't hear the music but noises early in the morning but I am a light sleeper. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Lovely clean hotel, well located.
From the minute I we arrived (I travelled with my children aged 8 and 14) we loved the hotel it is well located, clean and comfortable, the food was very nice and the pool area was clean and spacious, the pool was under occupied there was always a choice of sunbeds. There is even an indoor pool and a sauna.

NOT A 4**** HOTEL
This is the 3 time i am writing the review and Expedia always come back to me saying i need to check it.OK there we go. We are 2 well-travelled we went to a 4 to find 3* at the end of season so we didn't have the noise-music from Gents Club and Disco (was closed#. This Hotel is part of Hippocampo Hotels so keep this in mind when you book it and make sure that they have what you are looking for. If you phone them they will answer the phone on German no Mallorquin or Spanish #Mallorca is Spain). I read they got Minibar, to find out upon arrival that only junior suits have it - at an extra charge. Even 3* hotels have one. I have also been in 3* not only 4* . Soap and Gel are a luxury so they only put you one for 2 people the first day. Most of the rooms are very small with a exception of 3 rooms on each floor, 2 just opposite the lift. Bathroom have just about everything in but very compact with the only socket in the entire room to charge your gadgets. Change of towels was randomly done - depend on? How knows? Sometimes they changed all, sometimes they changed 2 sometimes the put you extra. Mini Old TV with lots of German TV channels. It is understandable because they mainly cater for Germans but please be more considerate. Sky TV package maybe? Staff in general was very nice with the odd Bartender that abuse me verbally in front of the rest of everybody 'cause after dinner I wanted to have a coffee with my dessert - this was only served in the bar. So I took my dessert to the bar - apparently I was breaking the rules and was more like a thief rather than a 4 *** paying guess. In case of emergency don't look at the plan floor as they have the same all around. L shaded - long horizontal and to the right short vertical -------------|. He map showed short vertical long horizontal |--------------- and as I said you have the disco and Gent's just if you open your window - right hand side of the hotel. Main entrance with a revolving door and two small normal ones each side that were kept closed - again safe and safety breaking. They only good thing was the staff they were very nice I can't enphasise enough

The hotel was really nice, with a fantastic reception. All the staff were nice and the food there were pretty good. The only complain we would have would be the cold dinner which was less appetitizing but we were pleased that they did offer that during our arrival at 9:30pm.

"Place has changed"
this was our second time at this hotel. Previously it was a mixture of germans and English, this time we were the only English couple there, which wasn't a problem un til the entertainment and pool activities. I did say to the rep. we couldn't understand what was going on and he apologised but nothing changed. Hotel room looks a bit shabby now,and is quite small. The whole resort of cala millor has been spoilt since the hotels went all inclusive, it has ruined the towns atmosphere aspeople go back to their hotels for their evening drinks and entertainment, obviously.

Tolles Service-Team, egal ob Rezeption, Speisesaal, Reinigung oder Bar. Alle ausnahmslos super freundlich, es wird alles getan, damit es den Gästen gut geht. Essen war auch immer was dabei, gute und wechselnde Auswahl, Sauberkeit war auch absolit in Ordnung. Leider sind die Zimmer hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das hat den Urlaub nicht schlechter gemacht.

Das Hotel ist super! Sehr gutes Frühstück (hatten nur Frühstück dabei)... das Personal super nett... Zimmer wurde sauber geputzt, als es einmal nicht gemacht wurde, wurde auf nachfrage sofort die Reinigung nachgeholt. Animation für Kinder und auch erwachsene super und abwechslungsreich. Einziges Manko-> der Indoorpool ist zu kalt, hätte dieser 3-4 Grad mehr, wären es 5 von 5 Sterne.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Nicht toll war, dass auf der Südseite des Hotels direkt eine Diskothek gegenüber liegt. Genau aufpassen wo das gebuchte Zimmer liegt! Auch quietschende Türen und hellhörige Zimmer tragen nicht zu einer ruhigen Atmosphäre bei.

Wir waren schon vor 2 Jahren in dem Said Hotel, leider hat die sehr gute Qualität nachgelassen.... Das Zimmer war unglaublich laut ....kaum zu ertragen! Die Balkontür undicht..... somit auch Klima kaum nutzbar ..... Das Essen sehr gut aber diesmal erwischten wir immer wieder mal dreckige Teller, dreckiges Glas ..... das war vor 2 Jahren nicht so! Dazu kommt noch dass man hier mit Innenpool wirbt.....dieser war aber geschlossen....auch das war vor zwei Jahren NICHT der Fall. !!! Für uns kommt dieser Hotel nicht nochmal im Frage!

Hôtel accueillant et personnel sympathique
Séjour du 14 au 22 septembre passé dans cet hôtel, accueil et personnel ouvert et proche des clients en dépit du nombre de personnes encore présentes à cette époque. L'établissement est proche de la plage et des commerces. Vous pouvez boire des cocktails, cafés et autres amuses-bouche à toutes heures. Nous avons demander à changer nos matelas car ils étaient vraiment trop mous et light, l'hôtel a pu les changer dans la journée... merci encore....!

Wir waren 1 Woche im Hoptels Said und sind auch wieder ziemlich enttäuscht nach Hause gegangen. Der Einbauschrank wies Zeichen von anfänglichem Schimmel auf, aus dem Lavabo stinkte es nach abgestandenem Wasser, die Duschbrause war verkalkt und auch die Fliesen im Bad lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ausserdem haben wir vom Hotelpersonal eine falsche Beschreibung betreffend den von Ihnen gebuchten Shuttlebus erhalten und suchten uns am Flughafen in Palma dumm und dämlich. Das Buffet war gross aber das Essen war ziemlich fade und einseitig.

Si en su caso no se pudo realizar fue, según la información que me consta, debido a que deseaban habitación con ducha, y todas nuestras habitaciones próximas al ascensor tienen bañera. A ustedes, debido a la situación de su mujer, se les asignó una habitación adaptada, mucho mas grande y confortable. En cuanto a quedar en la habitación hasta las 17:00 hrs, como usted comprenderá, si no hubieramos necesitado la habitación, no hubiésemos tenido ningún inconveniente, pero el cliente que debía ocupar su habitación había llegado ya. Debido a que era Semana Santa, y el Hotel estaba lleno, no teníamos más opción. Nuestro personal intenta siempre, en la medida de lo posible, cumplir los deseos de nuestros clientes, aunque sea cambiando el tipo de habitación reservado previamente. Lamentablemente, en ocasiones esto no es posible debido a la alta ocupación o por otros condicionantes ajenos a nuestra voluntad. Nosotros hemos estado encantados de haberles recibido en nuestro hotel, y esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirles de nuevo e intentar que mejoren su opinión. Tolles Hotel nahe Strand und Einkaufsmeile
Wir fliegen jedes Jahr nach Cala Millor ins Hotel Said. Heuer sogar 2x. Und es ist einfach nur schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sehr schön und groß und vor allem sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker, für jeden was dabei.

séjour agréable en famille
un joli séjour à HIPOTEL SAID, personnel aux petits soins et hotel propre mention spéciale à la restauration: les repas sont justes parfaits! personnel adorable! peu d'animations enfants mais cela nous convenait trés bien à noter la grande piscine, trés agréable ! petit bémol pour le manque de civisme des vacanciers allemands qui réservent leur transat dés 8h du mat ( et ne viennent parfois pas de la journée)! obligeant donc les autres à faire de même pour éviter de passer sa quinzaine sur le gazon ou le béton!

Sehr schönes neues modernes Zimmer und Bad . Strand schnell erreichbar. Fußgängerzone um die Ecke. Ausgesprochen gutes Frühstücksbuffet

The staff was very friendly.
The hotel is very good. Big rooms and very good food! The staff was very friendly. I was very often on mallorca but this hotel was the best ever! On on day they serv fresh fruit on the pool for all guests for free.... i have never seen this before!!!!
