Good and bad equally.
Rooms and staff were great. Some areas are a bit tired looking. Big outside bar entertainment area is nice but indoor facilities aren’t enough for a hotel of this size, (5 Blocks of 8 floor buildings). Food was poor apart from breakfast. Dinners were cold and freshly cooked choices were overcooked pork or fish every evening. Pizza oven made sure that was an option every night.

Horrible!! My bed was broken, lose and moving if you slightly touched it and had big yellow stains on sheets and pillow. We got another room to sleep in for the night in another building. The next day at lunch time, they still did not fix bed or even change the dirty sheets. We had to complain 3 times before anything was done. One expects that dirty sheets would be a priority. I felt grossed out the rest of our stay. We got another room the next day, but it was too late, everything just felt dirty. On another note, they have a kiddy pool with slides. Our kids found poop in two different locations on the slide, when we told them this, they asked the lifeguards to check, they didnt find it, and because of that they did not close down and clean it. There is water pouring on the slides from above, we mentioned it probably got flushed with the water, but the water is still contaminated. They chose to not listen and not clean the pool. We did not use this pool after that. Disgusting. Overall they did not take action on cleanliness as one would expect. The resturant is super noisy and the food was bland. I do not recommend this hotell at all.

The pools keep a daily cleaning and disinfection record that we can show in reception and it is all correct.We immediately went to see what was there when we were informed and saw nothing, the lifeguard told us there was nothing.Thank you for your feedback and we will take this into account in order to improve our services.Best regards.

Enjoyable stay. Minor areas for improvement.
Great stay, was disappointing staff at the pool did not know how to use the chair lift as I could have done with assistance getting in and out of the pool. I would also suggest that when borrowing bats and balls etc that a room number is given to ensure return, my daughter tried to play table tennis many times but the bats had not been returned which was frustrating. Cesar is an excellent asset to the hotel, he has a lovely way with him and was very pleasant and great at his job.

Good but could be great with few simple changes
Lovely hotel, food is excellent particularly for all inclusive. Pools are excellent for children. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and well maintained by housekeeping. Good entertainment each night and free shuttle to beach. Negatives are that Local bars/shops are 10mins walk away...area is relatively quiet and the pool area could be a little more well maintained. (Else stop children running around with food from snack area! )

Likes: - The food is pretty good. Especially the fresh pastas. - The bar staff is nice and fast with making drinks. At times I felt sorry for them because a lot of the guests are impatient. Dislikes: - All inclusive is not ALL inclusive at all. We had 1 bottle of water in the room when we arrived but never got new water during the rest of the stay. - Lots of stuff like snacks, some drinks, wifi, locker etc. all cost extra. - Guests that claim sun beds early in the morning and go back to sleep or on to breakfast. Hotel rules clearly prohibits this behaviour but there is no-one to enforce this rule. - The entertainment was just the worst. Very bad. Just really really bad. -

Staff were very helpful and friendly, there was a good variety of food and nice facilities for the family and kids. Our Airconditioning wasn’t working in our room but we didn’t need it so we didn’t report it and some of the arcade machines were not working.

There is no way this is a 4star hotel and I stay at allot of hotels for work. This hotel the room was good but that is it. All the pools where not very clean even first thing in the morning. They have 1 snack bar that smells like spoiled milk all day. There is only one bar open all the time. The food all tasted the same bla.. If you took chicken or fish or pizza or pasta or salad everything tasted like nothing. They had allot of signs up saying no floties in the pool no kids on the upstairs bar but none of these where looked after.

nice family hotel
Food very repetitive and not good enough for a four star hotel. Entertainment on a night boring. Rooms very spacious and clean, however the sliding door wardrobes very stiff and difficult to open at times. Spoke to several guests and they were mostly the same. On the day before we left my pregnant daughter in law was packing and the wardrobe door fell completely off and hit her on the arm and side of her head. Tried to complain but we found that reception weren’t very helpful., not happy with the situation!!

Great hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay here at Eurocalas. The staff was really friendly. We arrived early and the receptionist was able to check us into our room a couple hours before check-in which was great after having a very early flight with a toddler. The room was clean and perfect for us. The food was pretty good and had a variety of different options. There was something for all of us. They offer a shuttle ride to a beach a couple min. away which is a pretty great beach we really enjoyed it. They had plenty of entertainment for adults and kids. The splash kids pool was pretty cold but the others were good. My only 2 complaints of this hotel was the location is pretty far from the airport which meant an expensive cab ride. The hotel doesn't offer any type of shuttle service besides taxis so it can get pricey. The other major downside is that the do not offer free wifi in the rooms only in the bar area and its not great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again.

Brilliant hotel for children and family’s.
The rooms are fabulous, staff are ok, food was good what all inclusive is like really. The pools are excellent and lots for children to do the kids club was amazing my child loved it, could not ask for Better staff for children there is a blonde girl with very long hair didn’t get her name, she was brilliant with the kids all around fabulous holiday with a family of 12 not one thing to moan about literally will be returning next year for sure. Very happy with it all.

Excellent hotel within easy walk of beach shops bars restaurants animation team fantastic bus stop outside to explore the island. Rooms cleaned every day, food no complaints only issue is wasps but that’s due to people spilling sticky drinks we would deffo return

Great except for internet and service on last day.
Internet & service on last day kept me from giving top ratings (see below), but first, the positives. Balcony was wonderful as we could see out into the resort and Med Sea. The room had a/c, small fridge, and 2 burners. The bathroom was fine but, we found out that if you aim the shower spray a certain way, the water comes out of the shower and onto the floor. The resort is very family friendly. It has 3 pools (one is a splash area for the kids with a bucket that fills up with water and dumps the water every couple of minutes.) Also has a lift, free parking, and the breakfast buffet every morning was plentiful (we also enjoyed the fruit carvings!) The resort has a place to get ice cream, alcoholic drinks, arcade, kids' club (my kids didn't use it), and a small store where one day we bought some sandwiches. Checking into the hotel took a bit longer than expected and we weren't given wristbands, which the next morning when we went to breakfast, we found out we should have gotten. The NEGATIVES: Free internet in common areas. You pay 15 Euros (for 3 days) per device for room internet. It was very poor and unreliable. Also, checkout took a very long time. Only 1-2 people working the front desk and a long line of people waiting. When I complained about the internet to see if I could get some credit, I was basically told "nope, there were no problems." Be warned: Don't pay for the internet!!!!

As it was 13 sep hotel was on end of season didn't bother to fix anything most of kids toys broken but no out of order sighns so still took your money entertainment was very poor Evan for kids.reception staff were very rood check in very slow not good when u have spent 'll day travelling and hour in taxi to get there don't go by bus it 3 and half hrs away.

A week was more than enough.
It's a decent enough hotel but we had a double push chair and even though we requested a ground floor room we were initially give the 8th floor. This was changed to 3rd floor, but we still had to chase the pre-booked travel cots. Further to this the building we were in "Mallorca" doesn't have level access so we had to negotiate the 8 steps down into the lobby and then wait for one of the two very slow, very small lifts to get to our room. Food was ok, most individual dishes were adequate but there's a lot of recycling do you see the same meats appearing at lunch, then dinner, and sometimes again the next day. Most of the staff are friendly enough, some of the bar staff could do with some customer service training.

Poor sunbeds
90% of the sun beds are old and the material has lost its elasticity which causes it to sink so you are lying against the white plastic frame causing pain and discomfort after only a few minutes. There are a few "new" sun beds which are reclinable but they are few and far between and nearly all are taken by 9am. We spent most of the holiday on plastic chairs as we couldn't put up with the poor sun beds causing back pain after only a few minutes. The bins near the outdoor bar area need to be emptied more frequently as they were often overflowing with plastic cups. There are a constantly a dozen bees flying around the outdoor drinks dispensers with some bees actually in the slush dispensers! This is near the outdoor table /benches, so if you eat food outside on these tables you are constantly pestered by bees landing on your food and in your drinks. The pools are great but we would not recommend or return due to the poor sunbeds,

Lovely hotel, great for families.
Myself, husband and 3 children aged 11, 9 and 6 had a fantastic holiday. Hotel room was spacious (we had two rooms with adjoining door) and modern and we can not fault the cleanliness. The food was great, always something for everyone. Surprisingly all three children loved the kids club and staff were always friendly and helpful. Only criticism is hotel needs more shade around the pool.

We stayed for a week arriving 23rd July 17. This was our 1st sun holiday as a family which is my wife and 3 sons 8, 6 and 4. Hotel arrange taxi transfer from airport which took about 45 minutes direct. All very smooth and good value for a family of 5. We stayed in an apartment type room. This was very spacious with lovely bathroom and adequate room in lounge for pull out double sofa bed and addition single matters on floor. Room had great view of the sea from main bedroom at back of hotel and balcony at front of hotel. You need to pay for the safe so be sure to ask for this on check in. Lifts seem to be the main problem. 2 in each block with 1 not working in ours for most of the week and I heard both were not working in another block. Hopefully they will resolve this as it was one of my main concerns. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner very good. Nice selection and varied from day to day with a couple of themed nights thrown in. They managed the volumes really well. As soon as a tray of food ran out it was replaced and they clear tables at lightning speed. Snack bar throughout the day is good to grab some food and drink. Nothing to eat in the evening though which was a shame. Evening entertainment good for kids and adults. The pools are great especially the splash park for the younger ones. I was expecting them to be packed but by having 4 areas this was never really a problem. Plenty of sun beds but need more sitting up ones. Great beach shuttle service.

Can't think of a single fault
Ideal for families and cannot think of any negative about the hotel or any facilities. The local beach within 5 minutes walk is small, down a lot of steps and is pretty grubby. I don't think it would take much to clear up but it's full of seaweed and makes it pretty unpleasant. All inclusive food choice is extensive and there is always something different at each mealtime. Snack bar is open from 12 and has a range of different cold meats/cheeses/hot food as well as drinks including wine and beer. Evening entertainment changes every night and was pretty decent for all tastes. Room was serviced daily and was spotless on our return each day. Probably a place for families rather than anyone else as there doesn't seem to be much outside the hotel and if you don't like playing in the swimming pool there doesn't seem to be much else.

No umbrellas or shade in kids pool
Lovely week however I was disappointed with the lack of shade surrounding the Kids pool unless you wanted to purchase an umbrella there was no shade at all Provided for young children. Food was good on the whole but disappointed with the one small cup size which meant you could not enjoy the odd spirit due to it either being too strong or too weak . Staff was friendly and room was big and clean so on the whole a good holiday. However I feel shade should have been provided at no extra costs for my young family.

Very clean, service, staff and food very good
Rooms clean, modern and fresh. Phone did not work, interconnecting door was not locked giving access to next door which was not good. Took 3 requests and complaints for them to come and lock. Restaurants very clean, well managed. Very good choice of quality meals, all food kept hot/cold correctly, with temperature at each station clearly shown. No sun umbrellas or shade, bit annoying. Having used a number of hotels over the years, in lots of different countries, would recommend as good quality 4 star.
