Of course, your holiday finca has a valid official rental license for tourist rental. The house is located on a fully fenced plot of 8.000 m² with a unique view of the blue sea and the coastal towns of Cala Millor and Sa Coma. The name of the finca refers to the Via Verde - a cycling and walking path from Manacor to Artá, only 30 meters from the house and a truly fantastic path without dangerous traffic and therefore ideal for all ages. Already the driveway to the finca suggests the grandeur of the plant. It is framed by elaborately designed stone walls typical of Majorca and ends in a parking lot for up to 10 cars. You enter the Finca Via Verde through a more than 200 years old entrance gate, which comes from a townhouse in Manacor. Already in the entreé of the house they look directly onto the pool, the beautiful garden and the blue sea. The house has been in our ownership since the beginning of 2017 and has been completely refurbished and equipped with all the technical comforts such as air conditioning, lighted garden and paths, as well as newly designed terraces. The finca Via Verde has 4 air-conditioned newly furnished double bedrooms, all equipped with wireless flat TV's. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs, with the master bedroom with an open fireplace, walk-in dressing room and a stately bathroom with XXL bathtub, shower & massage shower and a toilet. The two other bedrooms on the first floor share a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and integrated shower and have, like the master bedroom, unobstructed views of the sea. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor also have spacious terraces with seating for a wonderful view of the rising sun and sea. On the lower level is the fourth double bedroom with garden view, the corresponding comfortable bathroom has been completely refurbished. Of course, in the choice of beds on people with allergies, all mattresses are suitable for allergy sufferers and of course equipped with the newest box spring system. To the left of Entreé is the large living room, which on the one hand invites you to a Chippendale couch and two chairs to linger in front of the roaring fireplace, and on the other hand has a huge comfortable couch and a 65 inch flat screen TV (165 cm screen size). to miss any of your shipment. Also to the little ones (and adults) we thought, because after a long beach or pool day with a Wii game console incl. Accessories and 280 games for variety provided the best - playable on the flat TV. All TV's have German, English and Spanish SAT programs and can also be used via wifi to surf the Internet. Wi-Fi is available in the entire house and outdoor area unlimited for you. For a breakfast - lunch or dinner in the dining room provides a beautiful table made of old olive wood with truly royal chairs made of the finest blue velvet - and always with a view of the pool and the sea! The kitchen was made of teak wood, as used in yacht construction, and is fully equipped to the chef or cook. From the XXL oven to the modern fridge-freezer, coffee machine to toaster, purging bar, blender, tea maker and an electric citrus press everything is there to offer you your usual comfort even during the holidays. The outdoor areas of the finca Via Verde captivate above all by the view of the sea, the pool the garden incl. Vegetable garden for the free removal of fruits and vegetables (seasonal) and especially by the XXL - BBQ area with a barbecue of 5.40 meters in length! Take a seat at the Chil Out Lounge, where up to 10 people can relax. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or let the day fade away with a cold glass of cava, the splendid Spanish sparkling wine. Do you like dining outdoors? No problem, we have taken care of that too! Under a shady gazebo made of eucalyptus wood you will find a dining table with comfortable chairs - the sea and the pool always in view! And for the right guys? Of course, the grillers below you a typical Mallorcan outdoor kitchen in XXL format available. On a total length of 5.40 meters we have built an original Majorcan Barbacoa made of sandstone. Here you have the opportunity to prepare 8 pizzas in the wood oven with a size of 1.6 x 1.6 meters and to organize a party for many guests on the grill with a grill area of ​​gigantic 1.6 meters. In the middle of the grill is the Paella Station - also here you have enough space to get all fed up. For smaller barbecue days you also have a smaller charcoal grill available in the outdoor area. Der Pool (ca. 15 m x 6m) und allgemein der Außenbereich ist so riesig, dass jeder Gast ein für ihn optimalen Ort der Entspannung findet. An der Stelle möchte ich hervorheben, dass es super viele und abwechslungsreiche Sitz-, und Liegemöglichkeiten gibt. Die ganze Anlage und die Finca ist super sauber (bei dem Aufwand bitte nicht über die Endreinigungskosten wundern!) und die Küche hatte alle relevanten Ausstattungsgegenstände. Der Check In und Check Out verlief super schnell und unkompliziert.Wir konnten den ganzen Tag Musik hören, ohne Angst haben zu müssen, dass sich ein Nachbar daran stört. Very comfortable Only small criticism, we were not keen on thin, individual duvets ( I know some Europeans prefer them). Some pillows need replacing. Towels were a little small, we prefer a bath sheet. Car essential as nothing in walkable range Overall though we enjoyed our time in the villa. Pool was not cleaned and was covered in Algae so could not use for a couple of days, Beds are very uncomfortable , no bin collection, the owner was extremely rude to us over email. Für Menschen, die im Urlaub Getümmel vermeiden wollen, ist diese Finca genau das Richtige. Bis auf den angekündigten Gemüsegarten , welcher leider nicht vorhanden war, hat alles gestimmt. Séjour de 11 nuits en juin 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Martin Z. 26 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Sehr schöne Finca für einen wundervollen Urlaub Wir waren zu acht in der großen und wunderschönen Finca und sind noch total begeistert von unserem Urlaub! Das Haus, der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr sauber und topp gepflegt. In der Finca fehlt es den Urlaubern an nichts, in der Küche und im Waschraum findet sich wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist riesig und lädt sogar zum Bahnenschwimmen ein. Rings um den Pool und in einer großen überdachten Ourdoor Lounge gibt es stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung für gemütliche Abende im Freien. Wir empfehlen die separate Buchung einer Merianda (bei Ankunft stehen schon verschiedene mallorquinische Köstlichkeiten für euch auf dem Tisch). Super lecker und ein toller Start in den Urlaub! Wir haben auch die Pealla gebucht, die euch live zubereitet wird. Die Paella von Bea hat fantastisch geschmeckt und ersparte uns den Weg in ein Restaurant. In der tollen Atmosphäre der Finca konnten wir die Paella noch besser genießen als in einem guten mallorquinischen Restaurant! Wer diese Finca bucht, entscheidet sich unserer Meinung nach für eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Urlaub nach jedem Geschmack! Entspannen und die Ruhe der Umgebung genießen oder in wenigen Minuten im Trubel zum Beispiel von Porto Cristo sein - alles machbar! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder… ##### Martin Z. Die Haushälterin hat uns mit einem umfangreichen und köstlichen Essen empfangen und uns am vorletzten Abend eine sehr schmackhafte Paella zubereitet. Leider konnten wir die 5 großen Fernseher im Haus nicht benutzen, da die SAT-Anlage ausgefallen war. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen. ##### Günther P. The huge pool was the best we have ever seen. Communication with the owners was fast and reassuring, with any questions we had. The outside space was great and we used the outdoor kitchens every night. The only issues we had was a lack of pillows (only 1 per person and no spares available as other beds were not made up), and a lack of air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. We used the aircon in 2 bedrooms over night only and this took us 60 Euros over the included electricity for the week - which was a surprise to us. Overall, a fantastic stay! ##### Joanne W. Séjour de 8 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Linda C. 20 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Traumhafter zweiter Aufenthalt in der Finca Via Verde Da uns unser erster Aufenthalt in der Finca Via Verde schon so gut gefallen hat, wollten wir unbedingt nochmal herkommen. Und was sollen wir sagen, es war wieder genauso schön und erholsam. Nur, dass dieses Mal (frühere Reisezeit) der Pool etwas sehr kalt war. Das hat die Kinder aber weniger gestört. Aufgrund des wechselhaften Wetters, haben wir dieses Mal auch öfters kleine Ausflüge gemacht. Man kann von der Finca aus mit dem Mietwagen wirklich viele tolle Strände oder kleine Örtchen zum Bummeln oder Schlemmen erreichen. Auch viele tolle Märkte sind im Umkreis. Bei gutem Wetter haben wir die ganzen Vorteile der Finca ausgenutzt: den XXL-Pool, die tolle Outdoorküche, Tischtennis, Dart, und und und. Einziger Minuspunkt war dieses Mal, dass der Check-in sehr verspätet stattgefunden hat. Trotzdem kommen wir sicherlich wieder! Danke an Michael, Elisabeth, Pinya und Bea ##### Linda C. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen.Den Kaffeevollautomat haben wir sehr gern genutzt. Der große Infinity-Pool war einfach großartig.Die Bilder auf der Website können eigentlich nicht im Ansatz die Schönheit des Objekts und die Lage mit der damit verbundenen Stimmung wiedergeben.Es ist geradezu ein herrschaftliches Anwesen. Soweit kleinere Mängel vorhanden waren,wurden diese unverzüglich durch den Vermieter zur Behebung in Auftrag gegeben. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht,dass die nicht unerhebliche Endreinigungsgebühr in dem Inserat offen erwähnt wird und nicht auf einen während des Buchungsvorgangs als Anlage beigefügten Mietvertrag verwiesen wird,in dem man nicht unbedingt eine solche hohe Gebühr erwartet. Dies hat hier zunächst für Verärgerung gesorgt,während ich in der Nachschau feststellen muss,dass die Höhe dieser Gebühr durch den Umfang der vorzunehmenden Reinigung und der Größe des Objektes auch gerechtfertigt werden kann. Ich empfehle die Finca auf jeden Fall weiter und würde mich sehr freuen,mal wieder selbst anreisen zu können. ##### Judith B.
