The pillows stink of sweat - despite changing pillows and even rooms, this issue was consistent. Looking at other reviews online it seems others have raised this yet the hotel hasn’t changed the pillows - making the rooms feel dirty and sleeping in the beds massively unpleasant. The restaurant - as well as the pool bar - are hugely limited and very expensive eg 30 euros for tapas prawns. The food is also mediocre at best so doesn’t even earn the price tag. The hotel is was way more interested in hosting massive corporate events for large groups than the experience of the paying guests - we had to sit separately at breakfast, couldn’t get a table for dinner, couldn’t use certain parts of the hotel on certain days and had to put up with loud music in the evenings where they hosted parties. This is a beautiful hotel - but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Place is quite but far away from all activities. You need car to go anywhere. It is recommended to rent a car on this island

Overall very well kept and clean hotel. Friendly staff and great location… but they could improve: food choices for ppl with dietary requirements (vegan), adding some signs in hotel like in pool for pool depth, providing us with larger water bottles.

Welcoming hotel with great staff
From our arrival to leaving, every staff member was very professional, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, well finished and comfortable. Generally, very quiet although our room had a connecting door to the next room and we could hear every word, couch and phone call. Excellent restaurant and waiting staff. We really appreciated being able to have a late check out at no extra cost. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome hotel, good location for getting around. The service was great, food at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best with a wide variety of options and some things they change daily to keep it interesting. Free and easy parking too. Is the place I would stay for any future Mallorca trips.

Eigentlich sehr schön…
Das Resort ist super schick und stylisch, frisch renoviert und könnte die Basis für einen Traumurlaub sein. Das Personal ist klasse, sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch unerfüllt, alles frisch und sehr hochwertig. Das Restaurant ist gut, die Karte hat zu wenig Auswahl, wenn man dort jeden Abend Essen möchte. Die Atmosphäre am Pool und im Restaurant entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die meisten Gäste waren junge Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Dadurch war es kein entspanntes Resort, sondern ein lautes Familienhotel mit überfülltem Pool. Die Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmer lässt jedes Wort in Zimmerlautstärke durch, so dass sie am Familienleben der Nachbarn intensiv teilnehmen können, auch wenn die Kinder sich entscheiden, ab 6 Uhr morgens zu schreien. Alles normal, nur eben kein erholsamer Urlaub. Die Verlängerung der Check-Out Zeit um zwei Stunden wurde mit 50 Euro berechnet, Formal vollkommen ok, haben wir nur in anderen 5 Sterne Hotels meist als freundliche Geste ohne Berechnung bekommen, zumal das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war und unser Zimmer meist erst am Nachmittag gereinigt wurde. Dass dann beim Check Out die Rechnung nicht passte, weil Essen und Getränke von anderen Gästen auf unser Zimmer gebucht waren, hat den Abschied nicht schwerer gemacht.

Tolles Hotel in prima Lage, nur der Service entspricht noch keine 5 Sterne, fängt an, obwohl der gesamte Betrag welcher Bereits an Expedia bezahlt wurde als Deposit verlangt wurde. Aber vielleicht liegt es hier auch an der Kommunikation zwischen dem Hotel und Expedia. Weiter das Reinigungspersonal erkennt nicht wann die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden muss bzw. fehlendes Schampoo oder Duschgel ersetzt werden muss. Der Service beim Frühstück kann verbessert werden, wenn man sich den Cappuccino nicht selbst zu bereitet sondern bestellt, kann man bis zu 30min warten, das muss verbessert werden. Das Hotel verlangt für das Restaurant und die Poolbar extreme Preise, also kurzer Snack für 4 Leute mit Getränk waren 90€ weg, dafür konnte man sich das Essen per Tablet selbst abholen und quer durch die Hotelanlage laufen. Aber dennoch ein tolles Hotel wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
