Relaxing hotel away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to some really nice towns. Definitely need a car if you are staying here.

Amazing Hotel with amazing service. The setting was perfect for us as so peaceful. Our room and terrace was stunning. Maria was so attentive throughout our stay and it was like she had known us for years. The food at the hotel was excellent too. Good plentiful breakfast (loved the fresh watermelon 😁) and we ate there in the evening a couple of times where the food was excellent. Facilities were great and rooms, pool and all other areas kept beautifully clean. Close to airport and visiting Llucamajor and the beaches. We were sad to leave but we will certainly be returning. Thank you Maria and team for making it the perfect relaxing holiday we so needed.

Beautiful but remote
The hotel was lovely, rooms amazing and staff (Maria) ok incredibly helpful. The hotel is miles away from anywhere so the only downside is there is no bar or lunch provided so unless you have a car this could be a problem. The staff were very helpful in ordering taxis for us so getting about wasn't a problem. If you wanted a break from if all in a beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings I have would highly recommend.

Dare To Be Different!
This hotel is gorgeous! Not a large commercial one - quite the opposite. Set in very quiet countryside, an absolute rural and rustic delight with a huge dollop of luxury within each individually styled room. Maria - front of house, waitress, manageress and all round holiday angel, runs the place seamlessly and really made our holiday. Just wonderful! Dare to stay somewhere different - you won't be disappointed!

Stunning hotel in a stunning location
Stunning little hotel in a truly beautiful location. Stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary and we could not have discovered a better little place to relax and unwind. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and this is most certainly in our top 10. Rustic and contemporary in perfect harmony and the staff are amazing. Maria made us feel at home and could not have been a better host.

Wir hatten einen rundum sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, was uns sehr gefallen hat, da man hier wirklich perfekt entspannen und abschalten kann. Mit dem Auto ist man dennoch nur 10-15 min vom Flughafen entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Llucmajor in nur 5 min erreichbar. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool Bereich lädt zum entspannen und abkühlen ein. Das Restaurant hat eine ausgezeichnete Küche, wir haben das Essen sehr genossen. Das Zimmer (superior Suite) in welchem wir untergebracht waren, hat uns sehr überzeugt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß, modern und stilvoll ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder :)

Das Vincahotel für sich ist ein traumhaftes Anwesen. Der Service aber - und hier muss Maria unbedingt nochmal hervorgehoben werden - erfüllt das Hotel auf hochprofessionelle Weise mit Leben.

Gebucht für Golf auf dem benachbarten Son Antem und Geburtstags-Familientreffen.... dafür super. Stylische Zimmer/Suiten, extrem nettes Personal mit "Häuptling" Maria, sauber, Super-Langweile zum Chillen am Pool mit tourismusloser Agrarumgebung, Speisekarten-Varianz für 1 Woche ok.

Excellent sejour dans un tres bel hotel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et calmes. La piscine et les jardins autour sont parfaits pour se detendre. Le petit dejeuner buffet ainsi que le restaurant sont tres bons et Maria fait tout pour que notre sejour soit encore meilleur.

Ein wunderbarer Ort in einmaligem Ambiente zum Relaxen und Abschalten. Mit dem Auto von Palma in 25 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso sind Strände gut zu erreichen. Das Restaurant ist wirklich toll mit außergewöhnlicher Speisekarte, gute Weine.

Es war die perfekte Unterkunft. Wunderschöner Garten, Maria ist so herzlich. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt: es gibt kein kostenfreies Wasser auf den Zimmer.

Die gesamte Anlage liegt sehr ruhig, was zum entspannen und erholen einlädt. Die Zimmer sind sehr stivol eingerichtet und bieten allen notwendigen komfort. Der Pool und die gesamte Poollandschaft sind einfach wunderbar um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Highlight ist jedoch Maria, die gute Seele des Bennoc. Sie versucht alles menschenmögliche um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten - hierunter fällt auch, dass Maria versucht mit jedem Gast in seiner Landessprache zu sprechen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das gesamte Team ist freundlic, hilfsbereit und immer zuvorkommend. Hervorzuheben ist das abendliche Restaurant. Gerade die mallorquinischen Spezialitäten wie bspw Paella Negra oder Conejo (Kaninchen) sind einfach nicht von dieser Welt. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach unbeschreiblich schön, wir haben uns zu jeder Sekung gefühlt, als ob wir bei Freunden zu besuch sind - dank Maria und Ihrem tollen Team!

Unser Zimmer war extrem feucht, die Bettäsche klamm und unsere Kleidung roch nach 2 Tagen wie das ganze Zimmer, nämlich wie ein alter feuchter Keller. Auf das Problem angesprochen wurde die Bettwäsche getauscht. Das Personal verwies auf den Eigentümer, dieser war aber nicht gewillt mit uns das Problem zu erörtern (angeblich weil er nur spanisch spricht). Das Personal teilte uns mit, dass keine anderen Zimmer frei seien, und man uns daher kein anderes Zimmer oder eine andere Alternative anbieten könne. Damit hatte ich das Thema für das Personal erledigt; das Problem bestand fort. An unserer schrägen Zimmerdecke konnte man sehen, dass die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Dach stammt (Laufspuren vom Wasser waren deutlich zu sehen). Auch weil man den Geruch unmittelbar bemerkte, wenn man das Zimmer betrat, muss man davon ausgehen, dass das Problem bekannt war, man das Zimmer aber trotzdem vermietet. Also vorsätzlich. Die anderen Zimmer des Hotels kann ich nicht beurteilen. Vor dem beschrieben Hintergrund empfehle ich niemandem das Hotel zu buchen. Die Klimaanlage ist alt und hat keine ausreichende Kapazität. Das Bad ist meines Erachtens sanierungsbedürftig. Hier konkret die Fugen in und an der Dusche. Das Frühstück ist okay, allerdings auch nicht mehr. Über einen Zeitraum von 8 Tagen (unsere Aufenthaltsdauer) unzureichend. Die (sehr) guten Bewertungen hier, auch hinsichtlich des Frühstücks kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
