For your comfort, linens are provided. You have a private garden in front of the cottage where you can relax or eat in the shade of a large willow tree. The property offers beautiful views of the vineyards and Mont Pilat, with hiking trails starting right from the cottage. The St-Pierre de Boeuf water sports center is 5 km away. A heating supplement of €25 per week applies from November 1st to March 31st. This 40 m² cottage is located in a winemaker's house in the heart of the St-Joseph vineyards, with private access and grounds. You will appreciate the Mediterranean climate, the bedroom with its vineyard views, and the infinity pool (9 x 4.5 m) shared with the owner, overlooking the listed village of Malleval. Swimming pool use is preferred during the day, to be arranged with the owners. Jul 5, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A fuir Proprio pas sympathique, accueil expédié, ne donne aucune explication pour l’utilisation de la piscine dont je n’ai pas pu bénéficier. Gîte aménagé au sous-sol de la maison principale mal insonorisé. Lave-linge, dans un local attenant, est dans un très mauvais état et sale.
