The upper level consists of three bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath, living, dining and kitchen area. The down stairs consists of a fully self contained one bedroom unit with queen sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. Guests will have access to a lockable garage located downstairs also. Room for car and boat parking. The back yard can be closed off creating a fully fenced yard safe for kids to play in. BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Linen and towels will be provided for your stay. There is a laundry at this property with a washing machine and dryer.
