The air-conditioned house has an equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms with bidet and shower, private parking and a landscaped yard. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The house has two living rooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and one on the first floor of the house, next to the bedrooms. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a corner sofa, satellite TV. On the ground floor there is a dining room for 6 people and a small bathroom. Upstairs there is a second living room with access to a balcony overlooking the sea, which has a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a larger bathroom with a shower, bidet and toilet. The yard is spacious and there is a private parking, barbecue and a large terrace. With the maximum capacity of the apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a child up to 4 years who does not use his own bed, with a fee of 6,00 eur per day / per child, which is paid on the spot.
