Located in Malgrat de Mar, this beachfront, renovated and modern 73 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with a pet. You have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, a fan, two Android TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.  
  
The apartment features a private balcony with sea views, equipped with a protective net for extra safety. You are only 10 meters from the beach. Shared garage parking is available, and pets—both dogs and cats—are welcome and will be safe thanks to the balcony and inner patio nets. Events are not allowed on the property. The apartment is on the first floor and does not have an elevator. To ensure the neighbors' rest, you are asked to keep noise levels low during your stay.  
  
The train station is 100 meters away, while the dog beach and the town center are 150 meters away. Nearby you will find supermarkets and various local shops. You can enjoy experiences such as water parks, water and mountain activities, tennis and paddle courts, horseback riding in Santa Susanna, visiting the town and beaches of Blanes, and strolling along the extensive Malgrat de Mar promenade.
