Villa Stella Ioannis welcomes you to Agia Pelagia with a comfortable 100 sqm villa accommodating up to 7 guests. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a private fully-equipped kitchen. The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, fan, and dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the 2 baby beds, highchair, and shared toys and books for children.  
  
Step outside to your private balcony and uncovered terrace where you can enjoy spectacular mountain and sea views. Your private outdoor pool and outdoor shower provide exclusive relaxation, while a shared children's pool and garden offer additional space. The private grill is perfect for outdoor dining as you watch the sunrise emerge from the sea each morning. The property sits on a 1800 sqm area on a small hill, offering breathtaking views of the Cretan sea and calming surroundings where you can also see the night lights of Agia Pelagia and occasional fireworks.  
  
You have access to 4 shared parking spaces at the property plus shared street parking. Beach towels are provided for your convenience, and the villa is located near the beach. Events are not allowed on the property. Self check-in is available for your arrival.
