Perched dramatically above the sea in Lygaria, this 312 sq. m villa offers breathtaking Aegean views, luxury accommodations for up to 12 guests, and ample outdoor living space set within 5,000 sq. m of private gardens.  
  
The interiors are spread across three levels, with a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all designed to offer a seamless blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy. The ground floor features a bright living room, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, dining area, and a guest bathroom, with direct access to the pool terrace.  
  
The first floor includes the master en-suite bedroom with balcony and sea views, a double room, and a twin/double room, all furnished with style and serenity in mind. The shared bathroom on this floor also features a walk-in shower and double vanity.
