Private Apt in the building, first Floor is accessible with stairs, Parking available, large veranda, sea & garden views, close to center & beach.  
Apt: One Bedroom with double bed & sitting area with TV plasma, large wardrobe, small library. Free Wi-Fi. Separate fully equipped kitchen, Spacious Bathroom with Shower & WC, washing machine. Ironing facilities is available. Large Balcony / veranda with outdoor furniture.  
Lines & towels are provided to customers.   
GORGONA 1-BDR APT is located just outside of Heraklion town, close to Ammoudara Beach & Heraklion & Gazi Center.  
Comfortable house-apartment (max. occupancy 2+1 chd) is on first floor with Garden & Sea Views. Private entrance to the 1st Floor, comfortable Bedroom with sitting area & TV, 2 big verandas / balconies ( total size is 25m2), nice fully equipped kitchen & spacious bathroom. Gorgona Apt is 1.8km away from the Ammoudara Beach and 900m from Gazi center. You can find there banks, supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, cafeterias and shops. Bus stop to Gazi center or Heraklion center is 15 minutes away walking from the house. Car hire is required, for your comfort. Within few minutes, you will reach everything around the house with a car.
