An unforgettable experience awaits you at these traditionally wooden-stone-built villas, natural beauty combined with interior comforts can satisfy even the most demanding guest.  
 This property is a combination of 4 different apartments. There are 2 apartments of 100sqm each, where there is one double bedroom and one bedroom with 3 single beds in each one of them. Total 5 persons in each of these 2 apartments. Moreover, there is a veranda with amazing views of the landscape and sea.  
 Then there is another studio with one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.   
 Lastly, on the back side of the property, there is another maisonette apartment with 1 double bedroom and one more bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All 4 apartments are fully equipped since they all have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathrooms.

 Every apartment has an elegant living room with a fireplace, television, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances such as a cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.   
  
•A communal play area of 100 sqm on the ground level of the villa with direct access to the pool, where you can also have dinner or lunch all together. There is a bathroom, a Smart TV, a ping pong table, a football table, music, etc

ATTENTION:   
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €65 per day for both pools, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.  
  
\-19 people sleep in real beds and then there is a possibility to host 4 more persons, so up to 23 in the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments.  
  
\-After the 19th guest there is an extra charge per person per night that is not included in the price you see.   
  
\- The leader of the reservation must be at least 25 years old.  
  
\-Common quiet hours are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.  
  
After 23:00 the music should be very low or play music indoors.

1\. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.  
  
2\. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us  
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion  
  
3\. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.   
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.   
  
4\. . Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties   
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace  
  
5\. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.  
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.  
  
6\. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.  
  
7\. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

#### Séjour parfait pour notre mariage

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de cette villa que nous avons loué pour faire notre cérémonie de mariage. L’hôte de la villa a été disponible et très réactif. Je recommande fortement.

#### July 2023 amazing villa 5\*

We had an incredible stay at Villas Anenomilos. we stayed for one week however could have stayed a lot longer. The facilities at the villa are perfect, you have everything you need. The sunset each night was amazing. We rented a vehicle but the local taxi company was also very reliable whenever we needed it, despite there being 18 of us. There are beautiful beaches nearby with bars and restaurants. Our host was very friendly and let us stay beyond the normal check out time as we had a late flight that evening.

#### Heerlijk verblijf

Wij hebbenw genoten van ons verblijf in deze accomodatie. Het ontvangst was hartelijk en vriendelijk. Alle delen van deze grote villa waren netjes en schoon. Er waren dagelijks verse eigen eieren en croissantjes. De eigenaren waren altijd bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. We hebben vooral genoten van de heerlijk frisse zwembaden en het feit dat alle gezinnetjes een eigen appartement hadden. Met elkaar ontbijten op het terras van de woning boven was één van de hoogtepunten van de dag. Beneden in de badplaats is een gezellig en modern restairant ‘Liber’. Dit is wat ons betreft een aanrader. Heerlijk geluncht en gedineerd. Voor boodschappen reden we naar Gazi, waar een AB supermarkt en een geweldige bakker waren. Heerlijk brood en banket; probeer maar eens de Oreo cake. Ook de belegde broodjes waren goed. Wij hebben een bijzonder leuke week gehad in deze villa.

#### Great Villa

Myself and my family (19 in total) stayed here in July / August. The villa and grounds are lovely. The hosts were very nice and made check in / out very easy. As the villa is comprised of 4 completely separate apartments, it was difficult to cook for a large group, we had to cook in the kitchens in each apartment and then bring food & drink down etc, it's a pity there's not a proper kitchen in the communal area as this would have made things much easier. The property manager was excellent, he arranged such things as a chef to come and cook for us, a boat trip and made restaurant reservations, all of which were excellent. Just a note, if you're following sat nav to the villa, it may try and take you up a gravel road on your right when you're approx a mile away. I would highly recommend that you ignore it and carry on along the tarmac road. The gravel road is extremely steep and our people carrier couldn't get up it without unloading all the passengers and luggage! All in all a good stay.

#### Fantastic summer holiday base

We have just spent a fabulous week at Villas Anenomilos. 3 families together, with 6 adults and 8 kids across 11 - 17 age range. We werent quite sure whet to expect but all our hopes were surpassed. Easy location to access beaches, shops, cultural sites; very friendly and flexible host; facilities on site were excellent; great views - the perfect venue for a large/mixed group holiday. We will be back!

#### HOLIDAY WITH 14 FRIENDS

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! It was perfect for what we needed - with beautiful views of the sea, two swimming pools and separate apartments so that everyone had plenty of space. I could not recommend this place enough. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon x

#### An amazing Villa, with extremely friendly owners.

My stay here was incredible- the view, the pools, the apartments and houses were all extremely high quality, very comfortable and clean. The owner was incredibly friendly and very helpful, and cooked an amazing dinner for us one evening. Top location could not recommend more!
