With a spring fed lake at your doorstep that supports a host of wildlife, including a family of platypus, this is the perfect location for a hinterland getaway. Wake up to beautiful lake and garden views, and enjoy breakfast or drinks and dinner on one of the two cabin decks. The space Guests are welcome to walk around the property or picnic by the lake. During warmer weather, take refuge under the cover of a shady tree in the small gully below. The cabin has everything needed for a family getaway or time away with friends. Within walking distance of local wedding venues makes this a convenient choice for those attending weddings. There is a full kitchen with breakfast goodies provided for your first morning with us. Relax with a book, play cards or watch a movie. On chilly winter evenings, rug up by the outdoor fire pit or snuggle up on the couch inside. Immerse yourself in beautiful gardens while listening to the wildlife. In the early morning and at dusk, platypus can be spotted on the lake. Other things to note The lake, dam and other areas of the property are ungated.
