I was supposed to stay for 11 days, but had to leave a week earlier. The office manager refused to refund me the 7 days, which didn’t set well with me. Will not stay here ever again.

Clean and very welcoming. Short walk to beach. Good bars and restaurants and entertainment. Shame no lifts, so making carrying luggage difficult up several stairs. good value for money

Not as good as it used to be
We have stayed here many times over the past years and have perhaps been lucky with our location and size of room, this year we were quite out of the way of the main pool which was disappointing and our apartment was smaller, once the bed settee was pulled out there was barely room to get passed onto the balcony and the sofa itself as a bed was really uncomfortable, our balcony was partly open to the next door apartment which was awkward at times, we had 2 cleans which as normal were really good but toilet paper and tissues and dishwasher tabs were not restocked so we ran out, the price for renting towels for the pool is now 8 euros per person per week so we had to pay out 32 euro before we started, rules claim that the hotel towels are not to be used by the pool and there were several people using these around the pool, towels were put on the best sunbeds at 8.30 by people to save beds who then did not turn up till 10, this was really annoying again against hotel rules, the indoor pool and other facilities are now chargeable too. The staff are always friendly and very helpful, food at the hotel resteraunt is quite expensive especially compared to the restaurants just up the road on the strip

If you find yourself with no toilet paper, you can always come to the reception and the team will be happy to assist you. On the other hand, the dishwasher and washing machine tablets are a courtesy, we also sell them in the reception at an affordable price. About the pool towel rules, our lifeguards remove the towels after an hour to be alone with no guests using the sunbeds, we apologize for the inconvenience that this may occur during your stay. We really appreciate your feedback as it will help us take the necessary actions to ensure all guests enjoy a home-from-home experience during their time with us. Your comments will be forwarded to the team so we can improve our service.We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.Kind regards,

The half hour checkin process is a rediculois waste of time unless the client has never stayed in a hotel before. Allow the staff to present the guest with a 'Please read carefully' summary of all the T Cs and advice is a vastly better idea.

Excellent Stay
Really good stay as usual. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable and facilities excellent. One disappointment was that the beautiful green additional pool area was closed for the winter, but perhaps understandable. The on-site restaurant was very good and reception staff great. The studio apt I had was very large much bigger than other studio I have had at other places.The cleaning service was excellent. the staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their positions.I look forward to re-visiting next year.

Home from home!
Our 2nd stay in this hotel and it is excellent, the facilities, the staff all top notch! A home from home for us. The only negative i have is im still waiting for my deposit money back for incidentals to return to my account 5 working days later! But anyway see you again September!

My stay at Los Amigos Beach club was everything I wanted. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are polite and always have a smile on their faces. The room was ideal,clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. The whole resort is well set out, clean and tidy. I will be definitely returning to Los Amigos Beach club.

The bath towels could have been bigger as small and also you had to pay on a daily basis to hire pool towels which had to be returned on a daily basis. The apartment was lovely and well equipped but was spoilt by having to carry your cases up stairs whilst trying to manage a baby in a pram. Once this was done though everything was most enjoyable

It was good however no restaurant pool was freezing indoor pool very small you had to book and wear a swimming hat so we didn’t bother quite a way from anything you need a car
