On the main floor, an open-plan space combines the living-dining area, the kitchen, and a private terrace, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. This floor also features two attic-style bedrooms—one with a double bed (180x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190)—as well as two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and one of them with a bathtub. On the upper level, there is a third open attic-style bedroom, also equipped with a double bed (150x190). The apartment includes high-speed fiber optic internet, a Smart TV, and elevator access to the floor, with no stairs at the main entrance. Its prime location, right in the heart of Málaga’s historic center and next to the vibrant Plaza Mitjana, allows for easy walking access to the city’s main attractions, such as Calle Larios, the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, and the Atarazanas Market.
