It is located on Calle Carreteria - home of magnificent 19th century buildings with its beautiful wrought iron railings and bay windows. This emblematic street is currently undergoing a total rejuvenation with the opening of many trendy shops, healthy restaurants and in vogue local stores. This property with two lifts is located on the 5th floor measures over 140 square meters and is made up of 2 large bedrooms with double beds. One has an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is located in the hallway. One has a bathtub, the other one a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms give onto a charming little street away from the noise of the main road. There is a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and lots of closet space. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything one may dream of, with household appliances of the highest quality including two ovens, induction and gas stove tops, and a wine cooler cabinet. The open-space kitchen gives onto a large dining room and living room. There is a private study on the side of the living room that can be closed off thanks to sliding wooden panels for more privacy.
