"Poseidon" building with elegant and unique architecture on 2 floors with a large covered terrace, it has its own elevator which has independent direct access to each of the houses and terrace. The building is made up of 3 apartments completely renovated with high quality materials and decorated with exquisite taste and great detail. Two apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor distributed with 2 spacious double bedrooms with 1.35x2.00mt beds, very bright and with balconies, laminated flooring, Smart TV, 2 full bathrooms, large separate living room, 1.40x2 sofa bed. 00mt, modern kitchen fully equipped with all leading brand LG appliances, centralized air conditioning system, main marble flooring. In addition, the building has a third apartment on the ground floor with 1 bedroom with a large double bed with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped American kitchen with modern design, Smart TV, separate living room with sofa bed and centralized air conditioning system, Own 25m2 terrace with direct access to the kitchen, full bathroom. Building located in an area with all services available

#### Malaga Magnificent Stay

The apartment is in a great location only a five minute walk from Malaga main train station a lovely wee beach and plenty of lovely Spanish bars and restaurants. The internal lift to the apartment and roof terrace was ideal. Apartment very light and airy air conditioning was excellent. Apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay even supplied beach towels. Owner was very nice and even let us access the apartment a bit earlier to accommodate our lunch time flight. Metro is on the corner of the street and you can walk to both a Lidls and Aldis very easily location fabulous for touring the city and Costa del Sol. We will definitely come back and stay in this apartment with other friends and family.

Een fijn huis, schoon en heel dicht bij centrum. De 2 persoons bedden zijn smal, maar je kunt daar de slaapbank extra voor gebruiken.
