Accommodation, Distribution, and Equipment: With a surface area of 70 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center. The living room is connected to a fully-equipped minimalist kitchen, carefully integrated with the living room. In front of the wooden dining table for 4 people, the living room has a two-seater sofa (which can easily convert into a bed of 150cmx200cm). It also has two spacious bedrooms decorated with great care and perfect natural lighting. The first one has two single beds and two balconies with exterior views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (150cm x 200cm) and also features a safe. The bathroom is also fully equipped and has a washing machine. The location of the hotel was also great - it was close to all the main attractions and I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is located on a busy street, and directly under the windows, there are several cafes and street musicians. This meant that there was a lot of noise during the day, which could be a bit distracting if you're trying to rest. Additionally, at night, there was noise from waste removal trucks, which made it hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. ##### Dana ### 4/10 Poor #### Anthea H. All kitchen supplies were very basic. After first use, you will need to provide laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. dishwashing liquid was provided. The flat was in a lively, pedestrian only area with lots of cafes and restaurants just outside the door and within walking distance. We had a car. You cannot drive to the flat and parking is not provided. You can reserve online at the Parkigrund ahead of time. This is a 24 hr lot that gives you in and out privileges. ##### Anthea H. Heel mooi appartement, op een perfecte locatie. De beste churros aan de overkant Casa Aranda. Als we een minpuntje moeten noemen is de herrie tot vrij laat (12 a half 1 in de nacht)en in de ochtend weer vroeg va 6.30\. Maar jah je zit midden in t centrum zowat naast de overdekte markt.
