With a surface area of 70 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.

The living room is connected to a fully-equipped minimalist kitchen, carefully integrated with the living room. In front of the wooden dining table for 4 people, the living room has a two-seater sofa (which can easily convert into a bed of 150cmx200cm). It also has two spacious bedrooms decorated with great care and perfect natural lighting. The first one has two single beds and two balconies with exterior views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (150cm x 200cm) and also features a safe. The bathroom is also fully equipped and has a washing machine.

Great location, spacious apartments, and comfortable beds

The tall ceilings in the apartment gave a very spacious and open feel, which I loved. The location of the hotel was also great - it was close to all the main attractions and I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is located on a busy street, and directly under the windows, there are several cafes and street musicians. This meant that there was a lot of noise during the day, which could be a bit distracting if you're trying to rest. Additionally, at night, there was noise from waste removal trucks, which made it hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

Very basic accommodation, very lively neighbourhood

The property was not as nice as pictured, for example there were no area rugs in any of the rooms. All kitchen supplies were very basic. After first use, you will need to provide laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. dishwashing liquid was provided. The flat was in a lively, pedestrian only area with lots of cafes and restaurants just outside the door and within walking distance. We had a car. You cannot drive to the flat and parking is not provided. You can reserve online at the Parkigrund ahead of time. This is a 24 hr lot that gives you in and out privileges.

Für uns war es so genial Mitte in der Stadt zu sein und zu Fuss alles anzusehen und geniessen. Die Wohnung hat alles erfüllt was wir gebraucht haben. Auch für unser Freizeitsport hat es drei Parkgarage gehabt in der nähe wo wir nachher mit dem Auto zum Golfen konnten.

Geweldig appartement op een perfecte locatie.

Heel mooi appartement, op een perfecte locatie. De beste churros aan de overkant Casa Aranda. Als we een minpuntje moeten noemen is de herrie tot vrij laat (12 a half 1 in de nacht)en in de ochtend weer vroeg va 6.30. Maar jah je zit midden in t centrum zowat naast de overdekte markt. Dus het is het 1 of het andere. Bushalte vd EMT zit op 120m afstand, ook perfect. Wij zouden t iedereen aanraden, als je niet komt om uit te slapen😂

If you want to visit the touristy areas, this is the place, it is affordable spacious and very clean. you can walk to most of the places. I would stay here again if I went back to Malaga. The check in and check out process were easy and everyone is super friendly.

Lovely apartment.

One bedroom was a little noisy as it is above restaurants; however, friend assured me that the other bedroom was not noisy at all. Lovely spacious apartment, and very clean.

We loved the 12 foot ceilings and the apartment location near to restaurants and local hustle and bustle. The office staff were always helpful, they gladly took time to attend to our needs. Maintenance staff were cheerful, prompt and competent. TV sound quality

Maravillosa estancia en Málaga

La decoración y la limpieza de la estancia es increíble. Mobiliario de gran calidad, las camas y almhoadas son fantásticas, se respira una atmósfera de absoluta tranquilidad en medio del centro de málaga, a pesar de ser un segundo piso es muy luminoso y espacioso. La atención del equipo maravillosa, especial mención a Mariano y Alejandro. Encontramos problemas con el parking, ya que el que tienen concertado (Parking Arriola) no es 24 horas y te condiciona los desplazamientos en coche.
