Located in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom penthouse is the ideal place for those who want to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.  
  
Accommodation, Layout, and Facilities  
  
With a surface area of 100 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this property is very special, decorated with great attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.  
  
Upon entering, you will find a kitchen equipped with metallic white appliances. The living room features a two-seater chesterfield sofa in bone white, a stylish armchair in pistachio tones, and an oval coffee table, as well as access to a beautiful terrace from which you can see the Church of San Juan Bautista and enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner. In the same living room, there is also a dining area with a white table for four diners and white designer chairs. The bedrooms, with beautiful handmade headboards and high-quality mattresses, will ensure you a peaceful rest during your stay. Finally, you will have two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and bathtub for your hygiene and relaxation.  
  
On the upper floor, accessible from the terrace, you will find the cherry on top: a spacious solarium with a hot tub and a splendid panoramic view of the city to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

Located in a completely restored building, it is next to one of the most emblematic and bustling places in the city, Constitution Square, the epicenter of Malaga's life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios Street and San Juan Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the area offer. Additionally, you can enjoy the city's architecturally valuable works, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.  
  
The main tourist attractions are nearby, such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater. The Muelle Uno area and Malagueta Beach are within a 10-15 minute walk through the pleasant Parque del Paseo.
