Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment With a surface area of 55 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center. Upon entering, you will find a kitchen with a fully-equipped metallic white-toned kitchen integrated into the living room. The living room has a two-seater sofa in marengo tones that can be easily converted into a sofa bed. In the same living room, you will also find a dining area with a dining table for four guests and designer chairs, as well as access to an intimate terrace with a vertical garden. The bedroom, on the other hand, has two single beds. Finally, you will have a fully equipped bathroom with a shower for your hygiene and relaxation. Equipment and facilities: elevator, parking space in a nearby building, satellite LED TV, High-Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, induction hob, juice extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Location Located in a completely renovated building in Plaza del Teatro, it is next to one of the most emblematic and bustling places in the city, Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of Malaga's life, formerly known as Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios Street and San Juan Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the surroundings offer, and where you can also enjoy the architecturally valuable works that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart. In its surroundings, you will find the main tourist attractions such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater. The Muelle Uno area and Malagueta Beach are a 10-15 minute walk away through the pleasant Parque del Paseo.
