This cosy studio is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, away from the hustle and bustle thanks to a square that minimises nearby traffic. The space is designed for your comfort: a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more), television and a sofa that serves as a third place. The rest area has a double bed and a large wardrobe where you can comfortably store your luggage. The bathroom is complete, with a bathtub to relax after a day of exploration. With 51 m², this apartment combines spaciousness and functionality so that you feel at home. A few metres away you will find restaurants, public transport, supermarkets and the Guadalmedina river, while within a radius of 2 to 3 km you can visit iconic places such as the Picasso Museum, the historic Calle Larios and beaches like La Malagueta.
